This hotel is outstanding. Number one-the location. The center of everything, everything is within walking distance, close enough, yet far enough that there is no noise and you can sleep without problems. Number two-the staff. Everyone is so, so kind that you feel bad that you have to leave. Especially the dear gentleman at the reception who is always smiling, cheerful, ready to help... Number three- breakfast. Really phenomenal breakfast, with fruits, vegetables, eggs, bakery products, soy milk... everything for everyone's taste. Number four-cleanliness. Very clean and very tidy. Without further ado, I was extremely satisfied and I'm sure that from now on, every time I'm in Prague, I'll stay exclusively here. I recommend it to everyone! And to you, Hotel Garden Court, thank you for your hospitality. We really had a great time ❤️

Hotel Garden court is great (maybe it is the best hotel in Prague I have ever stayed, and this is my third time in Prague). Its location was perfect for us (me and my wife) it is close to old city it is also close to Carl bridge very near there is a supermarket opens every day seven morning till ten o'clock at night. Staff were very helping help us to find the way to the famous clock, and also breakfast was excellent even if you are a vegetarian (like me) you will find a lot to eat.

Somehow, the woods which hold the roof are part of the ceiling and they are very disturbing especially when you get up and you want to stand, you can't, you have to lean on bed and bend yourself.

Great location. Very clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable clean, and seemed very new. Shower was great. Can't fault the rooms in any way. The hotel was really clean and modern. No problem getting extra towels and pillow. Quick check on and out. No issues at all. Very pleasant stay.

The breakfast was slightly disappointing - don't like people having to reach over food to get to other foods. The eating area near the food was quite small, but there was options to eat outside, but then you are further away from the buffet breakfast. But this is a minor issue. There is no bar in the hotel, but they do sell cool beer, water etc and you could sit in the courtyard if you really needed to.

I would say location, cleanliness, and friendly staff were the key points that made our stay enjoyable. My wife was pregnant and requested extra pillows, which was accommodated without any issues. The breakfast was fine, but unfortunately, it was quite repetitive, and the pastries weren't very good. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the premises were, especially since we were on the first floor. However, we're not sure it would have been as calm if people had been eating breakfast outside. It was cold, so no one was in the garden, but there are a few tables for breakfast right under the windows.

The only two things we didn’t really like about the room were the softness of the bed—it was a bit too soft for our liking, but we were aware of this from other reviews—and the fact that the TV wasn’t a smart TV, so we couldn’t connect to Netflix.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. Location of the hotel was perfect for accessing all the points of interest in the city. And it was easy to get public transport from the airport.

Only super minor things that didn't actually impact on our stay or comfort! The coffee in the room wasn't the nicest, so we preferred going to the breakfast room for better coffee. I didn't like that you couldn't adjust the height of the shower head/there were no shower caps provided. And we couldn't figure out how to use the air-con/heating, so having an instruction sheet for that would have been handy.

We stayed in Court Garden Hotel in July for few days. It is cozy hotel with very good location. It takes only ten minutes to walk to the center of Prague. Hotel is not fancy, but comfortable with everything in your room to have a good rest. Daily people are doing a perfect job to clear a room. Breakfast has multiple choices and food was average. Hotel receptionists are very friendly. Special thank you for professional job and multiple help to receptionist David. Confident David eagerly answered to my multiple question , helped with my luggage and helped me feeling protected.

Very central, bed very comfortable and breakfast small but lovely.

The entrance of the hotel is really old and made me regret to book it, but than when you go to the new site is more like the photos on booking. We were in 3 at the room and there was no toiletries on the shower. I asked on the reception in the following day and they said would fix immediately, however when I came back later tired and craving for a hot shower, still nothing, had to ring reception and wait for her to put it on.As that wasn’t her job, she put it on, but didn’t open. So just the last person who had the shower could actually use it after examining carefully how to open. It was very disappointing. It is a 4 star hotel you would expect a better service from house keeping . A part of it all nice. No complementary water.

The hotel is at a great location for sightseeing in Prague. Very walkable to old town and Charles Bridge. Many restaurants and stores nearby. Convenient to tram 22 to go to Prague Castle. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. Staff worked diligently to keep food replenished and tables clean. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The courtyard was lovely for sitting down and relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Staff were very friendly, especially David at the reception desk. He was very friendly and super helpful from the moment we checked in until we checked out. We want to say “ Thank you, David. You made our memories to Prague even more beautiful”.

Although the courtyard is lovely, in the evening, people’s voices echo up and can be heard in the rooms facing the courtyard, especially when the weather is nice and windows are open. So please be cordial and don’t talk and laugh loudly in the courtyard at late night. This is not the fault of the hotel. It’s a suggestion to the guests.

Yusef was amazing - he was so hospitable and an amazing first impression to the hotel. We stayed for 3 nights for a long weekend in Prague. He helped us with food recommendations and activities over the weekend that weren't tourist traps. He also arranged for a birthday cake and some prosecco to be delivered to our room as we were celebrating a 30th birthday. The breakfast at the hotel was good, it was continental and we only used it once or twice on the days where we didn't want to try out a local restaurant. The location was excellent, about a 10 min walk from everywhere in the centre with trams nearby. The hotel arranged a taxi service to pick us up from the airport which was great, but a bit on the pricier side a bolt or uber is much cheaper and we got that for our way back. overall, had a really great stay.

The location was the key factor for our travel and Hotel Garden Court certainly delivered that, everything we wanted to see was within 10 min walking distance, even the trams and metro were within walking distances of the hotel. Additionally, our check-in was a smooth and quick process, Nicholas, who was very helpful, professional, and guided us to the surrounding of the hotel. Throughout our stay he was very engaging and informative. The staff on breakfast duties were very welcoming, greeting everyone with a smile. The breakfast was continental and well catered for, lots of choices for everyone. The outside courtyard was a favourite place for everyone to have their breakfast, beautiful place with early morning sun shining across the yard. Our room was very spacious, accommodating with fully working air condition and had all the amenities listed on the booking.com site, the room was cleaned every day, so huge thank you to the housekeeping staffs.

For our short stay at Hotel Garden Court, we didn’t feel there was anything NOT to like!
