Very cute room just out of main area of Milos- about a 10 minute walk into main area- we rented a quad bike and rode around island going to different beaches and areas- had a very cute outdoor area where we could dry clothes- and Anita was so approachable and helpful. Room was super clean and cleaned daily and felt very safe and comfortable to stay in.

If not renting a bike or car you will need to walk 10 mins into the main part to get a bus to get around island- but not a hard walk

Property was decorated nicely, it was clean and tidy and the aircon worked perfectly. There were some nice touches like sunscreen available in the foyer and daily housekeeping.

It was a bit small for 3 friends sharing but would be a good size for a couple with a small child. While there was an amazing shower system, the door to the bathroom didn’t shut at all (timber around lock feature had also totally disintegrated) and the walls were very thin so there was no bathroom privacy! This might be a deal breaker for some people.

Anita is such a lovely woman, she is so full of energy and kindness. She was extremely welcoming and it's really hard not to love her. The room was spotless and really pretty, and we had a beautiful balcony and view. The bed was comfortable, and there were little treats in the fridge for us which was a nice touch. There was also a decent amount of storage so we weren't hopping over bags and cases the whole time.

The shower was quite small, so it was tricky to use it with the curtain around it. This isn't a huge deal as the room has a drain/is a wet room.

Anita was a fantastic host - she was kind enough to let me check in slightly early and answered all of my questions really promptly, then was there to wish me a safe onward journey. The apartment was beautifully clean (cleaners come every morning) and I was very grateful for the modest supplies left in the fridge on arrival. It was such a treat to have a balcony which got some sunshine in the evening and the location was ideal for me (note that there is a c. 15-20 minute walk on gravelly roads to and from the port).

Our stay at Anita’s was amazing and we would highly recommend staying here. Anita was so attentive, friendly and helpful. She helped us get a good deal with car hire (as all the atv/quad bikes on Milos were fully booked for the week - so make sure you reserve in advance if you want an atv. We’ve never had issues with hiring quads at short notice on any other Greek islands). Anita also gave us recommendations for the island. The price for this room was very reasonable. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and nicely decorated. The bed was clean and comfortable (we prefer a firm mattress and this was a little softer, but didn’t give us any issues - being more in the middle of firm/soft is better for suiting everyone’s preference). Our little balcony was less of a sea-view than we expected, but that’s probably our poor judgement as we knew how far the property was from the coast! The view was still gorgeous and it was nice to have a balcony space with chairs and table. The location was great, it was away from the town centre, making it quiet and peaceful, but easily accessible on foot (15-20 mins walk). It is close to a large mini-market and restaurants, has free parking, and is central on the island, making it a great location to explore every corner of Milos. The bathroom was nice, and our only issue would be the size of the shower - it was quite small. We couldn’t use it properly with the shower curtain closed, so used it with the curtain open. This meant the bathroom floor got quite wet, but we would dry it after showering and the towels were changed daily. So it wasn’t really an issue at all.

We loved staying here. From the minute we arrived, Anita was super helpful - she spent ages calling up lots of different places to get us an ATV for the week! The room was cleaned everyday and the location was great - a ten minute walk down to the sea (and from our favourite restaurant O Hamos!) and it's also in a great spot to access other parts of the island by ATV/car. We really enjoyed our stay and the best part was meeting Anita who is the kindest, loveliest host we've ever had! Would highly recommend!

The property is tucked away in a quiet area with a lot of other small apartments! I love that it’s a quiet space that you can come back home to after a day in Milos. The bed was comfortable for us, and the AC is coooold which is great cuz summer gets very hot!

I think the showers can be improved on. The rain shower itself is great, it’s the water pressure coming out of the handle that was up and down but it didn’t bother me too much just thought a feedback :)

Anita is very comprehensible and available. The room we had book had a lot of problems and she has changed us for a beautiful room. Shower in this new room was hot and strong. Bed was confortable. And the room was cleaned everyday. The place is 15min walking from Adamas city center so far enough from all the noise of quads and scooter.

The first room we were, although been called a "deluxe room" it had a very very small shower with curtains that kept touching our skin and all the water was leacking into the bathroom floor. The sink was very small as well. And we could feel all the springs of the bed. The host should considere not renting this room (at least not for the full price). Although, it was nice to have clean towels everyday, this is not necessary and might be a waste of water and energy. Anita could add a mention (as it done in many hotels) that if clients wants towels to be changed they just need to leave them on the floor.

Very spacious and beautiful. Loved the balcony and the bathroom was a great size. Everything was clean and there was a lot of space for our luggage and to hang clothes. The suites are close to the East side of the port town, so it is a short walk to get to town (about 15-20 minutes) and tons of options for eating and shopping. Anita was wonderful and very accommodating. A parking lot is also close in case you want to rent a car or ATV to explore the island.

This was the perfect place for my family (wife, 13 year old daughter and myself) to stay. The location is excellent and centrally located to the entire island. The room is a little apartment, with a couch/bed in the living area and a separate bedroom. The kitchen had everything you would need (stovetop, refrigerator, glasses, plates, utensils, pots and pans, etc.). Anita is a wonderful, friendly and helpful host, who lives on the property. She was always available to offer any help we needed, yet was not intrusive in any way. She is a sweetheart! The apartment was also cleaned daily. The closest beach is also a short walk away. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone going to the amazing island of Milos. We were in Greece for two weeks (Athens, Milos, Santorini and Crete) and it was literally the best two weeks of my life! Thank you to Anita for helping to make our trip so amazing!!!

The only thing we did not like about our stay, was the half door in the shower. However, that seems to be the new trend as all hotels and rentals seem to have that now. Nothing bad to say about Anita, the room or location.
