The hotel was decorated in a more American style than I remember, with clean and simple rooms, super-fast Wi-Fi, and awesome air conditioning. You can park your car here for a fee or find street parking nearby. It's only a 15-minute walk from the metro train station, so getting to Flushing and catching the US Open is really convenient. The breakfast is basic but fine. The staff is amicable and helpful. I would consider staying here again next time.

Great location. Appealing design/decor. Excellent shower (one of the best). Good size room with foyer/entryway. Quiet.

Maintenance/physical condition not great. Sofa bed arm was stained on the outside fabric and worn through on the arm. Sink faucet was VERY hard to turn (cold), suggesting overtightened to deal with a previous issue. No TV remote and one was not quickly available from the staff (had to go find one). Note: we've stayed here several times and usually, the rooms are perfectly fine. This was an anomaly.

I would like to mention Felix the bell person… super super nice and helpful … and Paul at front desk… he gets things done! also housekeeping is lovely and clean! I did encounter a few little not- so-good-things… my sink in the bathroom was slow to drain and was not fixed although mentioning it several times… the sofa in my room was old and not clean looking … needs to be replaced… the sheets are scratchy not soft . they do include a free breakfast on weekdays…. which is a nice surprise… but it’s not great just very very basic and staff allocated to help with breakfast seem overworked and harried… plus the breakfast room itself doesn’t get cleaned up after patrons have eaten and leave… so it’s hard to even find a clean table…

staff is lovely for the most part… Felix and Paul are great… housekeeping cleans well and are very nice! rooms are good size and location is good!

The morning coffee was fresh and staff was friendly. Room was clean and excellent location. Loved the lobby and bar area, had lots of options. Location was incredibly quiet and I felt safe.

Furniture in room was a bit run down. The wall socket in bathrrom only 1 outlet and only 1 plug worked.

The rooms were clean. The beds were comfy. Meals were good but a bit overpriced.

Closet were on the small size, considering we couldn't hang any gowns in them. We had to use the shower bar to hang up the floor length gowns, inclusive of the bridal gown. Requested a rack to hang the gowns on but didn't receive.

The free breakfast was just ok. We purchased breakfast on a Saturday morning and it was generous and tasty.

The breakfast buffet was sparse and the eating area wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The other guests were super loud. It wasn’t pleasant. So we only went there one other time.

The location, nice hotel, most of the staff were nice, let extend check out with no additional fee

The heating didn't work well, we told the staff several times and nothing was done about it. Part of the stuff in the front desk were not very helfull

The room was epic, location was awesome.

Front desk girl was rude. No greeting upon arrival was on the phone completely dismissing me to the point i had to wave and that is when she says "yeah"

Great location, in the center of Great Neck, just 3 min walk from the train station connecting to Penn Station. Our room was spatious and event though the windowns were to the main street it was quiet at night.

There was a complimentary brakfast on Friday but on Saturday we had to pay for it.

Great location! Continental breakfast was wonderful. The staff at this hotel were exceptional! This art deco style hotel is beautiful! We stayed NYE to attend the Billy Joel concert at UBS Arena in Elmont, NY. Easy commute to and from venue! Great dining options nearby.
