This is a lovely hotel in my opinion has the best position of all the hotels in Tossa de Mar. Our room was good with a large walk in shower. It's right on the beach the pool area is clean there's no problem in getting a sunbed, the pool although small is very nice. The hotel offers a good selection of choice for lunch and has a nice seating area where you can sit and watch the world go by. The beach is very stoney you will need to wear shoes to get to the waters edge and into the water. There is a beach bar only 50 yards away which again offers food and drinks it gets very busy around lunchtime. It takes about 15 mins to walk in to the old town passing a few bars and restaurants on the way. The old town is lovely there are lots of shops and places to eat and drink you will pay anything from 75 euros upwards for a 2 course meal with a bottle of wine. There is a little train that can take you up to the top of the castle if you prefer not to take the steep walk to the top walking down is much easier. The beaches at this time of year are very busy we will probably go back in September next year when its a bit quieter. All in all a very nice holiday we will definitely go back to the same hotel the staff were brilliant especially Valentina, Julia, Lucas and Josep, Ricardo on reception was also very helpful.

Our room which had a partial sea view was a little small but this was to be expected as the hotel is quite old, the tv was good and the air con excellent. Maid service again excellent.

Very good breakfast, lots of options, all very fresh. The common areas are really nice, nice pool with lots of lounge chairs, so you don't have to fight over it, they offer towels and there's toilets close to the pool as well. Everything's always clean. The proximity to the beach is also great. You can stay by the pool, and go to the ocean if you want and come back. The staff is very friendly and willing to help!

The pillows could be better. The bathroom ventilation wasn't working, and it gets quite humid in the room. The breakfast is delicious but one day rained A LOT and we couldn't leave the hotel for lunch, and there's barely any vegetarian options on the menu (they have a restaurant by the hotel), and when we asked if they could remove one ingredient from a sandwich, the answer was no.

Location is outstanding. Right on the beach. Walking is easy to town and the walled medieval town. Breakfast was the best we had on our trip. So much choice and goes until 11. Outdoor patio to sit on while eating and enjoying the beautiful views. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Everything was great. We wanted a quiet few days and that’s what we got. Mind you it is October. Personally, I wouldn’t want to come in high season. Rooms have water and coffee as well as a Welcome Cava and Coke. Balcony with partial ocean view. Room was a good size and bed was comfy. The town is very cute and walkable. They have a small passenger train that does city tours and viewpoint tours, if you like. Lots of divers and cyclists in the area. Due to it being Oct and end of season a lot of restaurants were closed. I would have liked to find more authentic spots rather than the tourist ones. Prices were touristy.

The pool area was nice but pool extremely cold. I’m high season I’m sure it’s welcoming!

Great facilities, really hospitable and welcoming staff. The rooms, bar and restaurant were all spotlessly clean. The hall board option was very modestly priced given the quality and variety of the food, we were hard pressed to find better in Tossa itself. The pool side and bar were great places to relax and there was plenty of activities to do within walking distance.

The reception area could get a bit loud later in to the evenings, which could be a little annoying for rooms (like ours) that were right next to the reception.

This hotel was the best hotel we have ever stayed in it’s so peaceful, clean and beautiful right on the beach which is the best beach in tossa, the food was really good three course meal with a good choice each night and the buffet breakfast was brilliant, our room was cleaned everyday the bed was really comfy with a beautiful sea view and the staff were so happy and friendly!! The room was directly overlooking the parking Could not sleep with open window because access via window not secured. Limited dinner menu choice - putty because this made us look for alternative restaurants even though the hotel had ideal beach setting - pitty that this Hotel does not build on its beach resort assets The car park was tight. In consider my self a good driver and have an upper class car with all kinds of parking gimmicks. Yet the parking installation is so tight and awkward that unmanaged to bump my front fenders - 1000 Euros of repairs - This truely frustrated me because completely unnecessary if the hotel had used some brains in defining the parking area.

Best location in Tossa de Mar for sure! We fell in love with this beautiful, historic coastal town and being able to step out of the hotel and right onto the beach was amazing. The views of the and castle were 10/10. The hotel was comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious! We didn't eat at the restaurant and instead explored the town, but the bar food and cocktails we had in the bar area was good! If location is what you're after then you can't go past this hotel, it was perfect. Would definitely book again if/when we come back!

I prefer a softer mattress, so I didn't find the bed exceptionally comfortable but it was fine otherwise and still slept well! My husband likes a harder mattress so he thought the bed was great!

Location could not be better, breakfast good, staff very friendly. We make plans to come again to this hotel. Many restaurants nearby. The possibility to go straight from swimming pool chairs to the beach is excellent. The beach is wonderful. Nearby is hiking trail on the ridge with beautiful views.

In the double room could be 2 chairs, we used the chairs from balcony.

Great staff, very good location, plenty of parking, decent breakfasts and dinner, pool and especially semi-open bar areas were excellent, walk in shower.

Nothing we disliked but room and especially bathroom were small. Would have preferred a genuine double bed rather than twins though that might have been my inattention when booking.

great location right on the beach, lovely pool area and only a few minutes walk to the town centre. good sized rooms. the days were very relaxing and comfortable

the bed was quite small and therefor a bit uncomfortable with a 6’3 partner. given the size of the room a larger bed could have easily fit. also the plastic cover underneath was horrible to sleep on, makes you extra hot at night and feels unbreathable. better soundproofing or floor rugs required to absorb some of the hallway noise. everything echoed very loudly whenever some spoke in the hallway or opened/closed there room door.
