Did not have breakfast

For some reason I was charged for something which nobody from the hotel has even had the decency to get back to me about even though I sent them two emails. Would not stay here again due to this problem. I am now having to pursue through my credit card company.

The hotel facilities are good , the restaurant is good the gym and pool.

U must use the valet parking 33$per day

Everything about the property was great! Pool amazing, warm cookie when checking in, and allowing us to checkin on the app was so cool especially opening the door with the app.

The wild rule that you cannot bring food or cooler to the pool. It’s brutally hot and also once checked out we were still on property until we had to get our car and couldn’t bring our stuff in the pool. The staff felt like drill sergeants checking bags and the rule is absolutely ridiculous.

There needs to be more detail about what is offered. I could not determine if breakfast was included in my booking. Further, I had the painstaking experience of being charged for the resort fee by the hotel when it was covered in my booking payment. The hotel was not timely in addressing the matter. Two charges were made, which were subsequently removed. This is not good.

Clarity of what is included in the booking. More information needs to be given. Payment issues, being charged. The lighting in the room was poor. There need to be brighter lights in the room. There was also no iron.

The queen room was great. We were given the 10th floor for a inner-coastal & pool view. Breakfast staff was friendly and the food was great. The menu had a lot of options; avocado toast, omelettes, pancakes, waffle, etc. When we first arrived to this location, we weren't greeted by anyone. We had to go find someone to help us with check in. The place is very clean and the management staff was very caring about our needs and how our stay was going so far. I have to call out two managers that made our stay exceptional. KRISTEN & ISA.. I might be spelling ISA's name wrong, but without them, we wouldn't of had the amazing experience we ended up having. Kristen reached out about our stay, and I mentioned what my concerns were. She was very quick to make sure we had the best stay possible, and Isa made sure everything went smoothly. I apologize if I'm spelling Isa's name wrong again and I couldn't find the text messages with her name. I also have to note that the pool area is AMAZING. It's probably the best pool footprint out of all the hotels in that area. The staff & the tiki bartenders were exceptional. We'd definitely stay here again. Overall, this location is great place to stay if you're heading to the Hollywood and/or Miami area.

The pictures are a little deceiving with mentioning ocean side/pool side view. You need to get the correct rooms for that view.

Like the location, the staff were amazing, valet guys, front desk, Guillermo, the cookie guide 😀 every day gave 3 cookies for my 13 years old even learn my husband name. Clean and my room view was amazing in the 10th floor.

The pool was closed because of renovation.so for my daughter was 👎 .and the restaurant needs more variety of food. When they open the pool, we'll definitely return.

Location was great

Our room was at the end of the hall, and were woken up several times throughout the night due to noises - some within the hotel (maybe someone throwing things down the laundry shoot) and then early in the morning by the dumpster being emptied over and over again.

Balcony had a side view but you could also see the ocean, bed was so comfy, pool was very clean and nice looking, Starbucks and eateries about a mile walk and actual Hollywood beach centre about a 25 minute walk which we really enjoyed.

hot tub didn't work which we were both really annoyed about and the food in the on-site restaurant was absolutely terrible, we also had to pay to check in early and valet parking was the only option as there was no real car park nearby.

extra charges for valet parking, they had parking next to the hotel, no need to pay for valet.

Pool side tiki bar, complimentary water and cookies upon arrival. Access to beach towels, chairs and umbrellas, pool towel card, restaurant right off the pool/ water. Hotel with a view. Circuit ride access right to the boardwalk

Having to go to HYDE to get the beach rentals, limiting of towels, expenses or restaurant/ drinks
