This was our second time in this hotel. It’s a great place with a huge pool and ample space for sports such as tennis and games. It's ideal for families, with a satisfactory restaurant buffet. The staff are very kind and helpful, and the rooms, along with the beds, are comfortable.

The buffet and food quality could be enhanced, and the check-in and check-out processes were excessively time-consuming. Also daily price was very expensive compared to its value.

The hotel is very pretty and the staff is very nice. We loved the food, the buffets were good with great quality. It has 2 pools, one that is more quite and the big one where the kids had a lot of fun.

Very minimal things such us that they didn't have enough room keys, which was very uncomfortable for a family of 4 with multiple activities. Also the room didn't have enough pillows and towels when we arrived, but the cleaning person was very nice and helped us by bringing more.

The property was very charming and inviting. Kids had a mini golf course to play, a mini soccer field to hit the ball and a playroom equipped with a ping pong table.

There was no room service and the restaurant wasn’t opened all day.

Beautiful, relatively new facilities. large kids friendly pool. very friendly staff. buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of options when it comes to regional cuisine. close to the airport, tourist's attractions and Armenia (state's capital).

check in and check out process was very slow. just one person at the front desk taking care of large groups of people. the restaurant service was extremely slow, it took over an hour for our dinner to be served. hotel is placed in a secluded area with no good signs to get to it, actually the exit from the main road has a sign for another hotel located 8 miles away.

The food is amazing, also the staff is extremely friendly. The rooms are cute, and ours had a great view. We had half board, so it included breakfast and dinner, both buffet style, good variety!

The room we stayed in had almost all the plugs damaged. It would be great if the pool was cleaned more often, there were a lot of bugs and hair on the water.

Super nice Decorated Hotel, Awesome green areas and concept. very nice large pool for the kids and adults with a bar. Super clean in the common areas. The rooms were excellent for the style of hotel. Nothing fancy but very pleasant to stay in.

Food was not good, Had to book dinner via an app that was not working properly, Pool hours are limited open very little. Pool service was not its best and size of the plate was very small for the price.

Lovely place in the heart of my beloved Colombia. Super friendly staff, comfortable and great facilities. Great value for your money. Beautiful and spacious pool area. We will como back for sure.

Maybe a few more options are needed at the restaurant for dinner.

Food in both restaurants was a bit underwhelming, especially in the pizza and pasta restaurant. The menu at this restaurant was too small and while food was ok, it wasn’t great.

Food, was excellent. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is excellent.

Drinks need a little more fineness, but overall ok. Some confusion over where to sit on a breakfast buffet. Over there nothing to complain about.
