Every single staff member at the front desk was extremely nice to me. Made conversations with everyone and was very attentive.

I had trouble getting my remote to turn the tv on. At first I thought the remote didn’t even belong in the room I was. I turned on the tv with the power button on the tv itself and then felt like I had to mash the buttons extra hard To get it to change channels or volume levels. lol

The staff were all fantastic for our family. Whether we were asking for extra towels for the pool, or asking if we were finished with the breakfast buffet before they put away the breakfast items, all members of the staff were patient, happy, and considerate.

We really don't have a single complaint - everything was great.

I like the setup of the room. the lighting in the room and bathroom was great. My family absolutely loved the poor and the staff was so friendly and welcoming.

I was really satisfied with everything. there was some road construction going on a little down the road but that was no problem and caused us no delays on our routes.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We called ahead to make sure there would be a pack and play available and they said they would take it up to the room before we got there. After check in we got up to our room and not only was the pack and play there, it was already set up. Also, we didn't think the A/C was cooling very fast in our room so we asked if someone could take a look at it and within minutes it was working and cooling like it should.

The beds weren't the comfiest ever but not bad.

The hotel was very clean as well as the room.

We only stayed 1 night and hours before check out time house keeping was banging on all the doors in my floor to go in and clean. we had a very long night visiting with our daughter who is in college and wanted to sleep in but couldn’t due to house keeping starting at 830 knocking very loud in doors. we had the do not disturb sigh on door but they still knocked loudly.

I really liked the room and how polite the staff were. The breakfast was also great.

Lots of flies in the lobby from people rushing in and out. Our AC was leaky which we didn’t notice until the next morning but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

It was very clean and all the staff were super friendly

We thought there would be a pullout sofa for our daughter in a King Room. I’m used to this at any other hotel I’ve stayed in. I’m so thankful we had an air mattress with us.

Room was comfortable and the bed was so comfortable that I wanted to take it home. Staff was friendly. Snacks at the front desk were surprisingly cheap and great for a midnight snack.

Wish the room pricing was a little cheaper.

Breakfast was delicious. Room was clean and very comfortable. Location was perfect for attendance to the Mother Earth News Fair at the Belton Expo.

Our room was located directly across the hall from the elevator. Other guests weren't aware or concerned that talking loudly in the hallway, or yelling to their companions while waiting for the elevator was disturbing us. Our room had a desk chair but only a straight back chair in the corner. It seems like there should have been a recliner or comfortable club chair and a lamp in that corner. Also, a desk lamp would have been helpful for working.

The service provided by the check in desk the employee during my check in was great

The hot tub the way it is designed there it was open to the elements that need to have sliding doors to make it more comfortable during stay
