Lovely grounds, fabulous location with great sunsets. Yudi was fantastic, a great asset to your team with real leadership potential. Yudi has fabulous customer service skills and was a standout of all staff there.

Bathroom floor not swept properly, pubic hair from previous guests. Not good! Majority of staff in the restaurant just stood around. They need to be way more proactive in serving customers and going up to the tables to take orders for drinks and food. We had to signal them over all the time and wait to order drinks. Yudi was different to the rest of the staff and really looked after his customers.

best hotel in Bali by far. rooms are excellent. pool is amazing . they have a large range of water activities including jet ski which is reasonably priced . free kayak use. tow behind inflatables for speed boat .. staff are extremely friendly and professional. Sunday bbq seafood grill with live band and converted combi bus bar..

The property stood out as a top resort to enjoy a relaxing perfect time whilst indulging with great Balinese food, Balinese cooking, traditional massages, snorkeling on the red reef and above all swimming with the dolphins. The resort has an incredible pool where you can lose yourself in the perfect water temperature and the delightful, courteous and skilled staff are there to spoil you. The picturesque view is just fabulous.

I cannot say I didn’t like anything concerning the hotel; the only thing I would suggest is if you hire a scooter that would be advantageous however ATM and mini market are at walking distance.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, the photos don’t give it justice! The bedrooms are beautiful, very spacious. The pool is amazing. Free use of kayaks and paddle boarding. You can also book the dolphin tour with the hotel, we’d definitely recommend doing this as you can have a private boat all to yourself (great if you want to swim with the dolphins as you don’t need to take turns with other people). Great wifi and working aircon.

The restaurant is lovely however for the price, the portions are very very small! So you can get better quantity for your price outside of the hotel if wanted. Also there is (I think) a small rice field on your way into the hotel, this attracts so, so, so many mosquitoes so do wear bug spray! I woke up with around 15 bites after my first night here. Also, there is a slight smell of sewage when you run the shower but this only lasts a minute or so, so run it before getting in but this may not be every room.

Location was perfect, very helpfull staff, views was fantastic beach, ricefield, mountain and city (4 in 1). Room was clean with modern and traditional design, and make it aesthetic. Breakfast was delicious with various menu. You can enjoy the sunset with a dj performance or sunset jazz. And dolphin tour on the next day start from the beach infront of the hotel. Pool are warm and cute. I will definitely come again with my friends and family.

Nothing, all perfect

I visited Bali with my friends and our favourite and unforgettable moment were those at Lovina Beach Resort where we spent 4 nights: the staff, the amenities, the surroundings, location and experience are all superb. I elaborate more below. Checking into the complex I noticed the well-placed location of the resort - in a perfect corner of the black sand beach. Basically all the amenities were well-placed overlooking the beach and ocean. There's an inifinity pool in front of the restaurant which overlooked the ocean which meant that we could watch the sunset whenever it was. The grass was tidy and always green. Therea lotus pond behind the gazebos which also overlooked the ocean. The beach is conveniently located to where the dolphin watching boats are - all you had to do was to step off the complex. There's a DJ that plays music in the early evenings. The staff, especially a girl named Henny (receptionist), another male and female receptionist and female were always helpful and went out of their way to organise things for us like a car, recommend bar/pubs in Lovina area which we went to, and helping me with my enquiries on billing charges. They're always wearing beautiful smiles on their faces, and gave us an excellent impression of the Bali. We enjoyed the water sports (kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkeling). The snorkelling instructor (Wahyudi Alakadarya) was kind and initiated helping us take photos and videos of his snorkeling on his own GoPro, the footage he Whatsapped to me in the end. He was very kind and even swam to the bottom of the ocean to bring up two blue starfish for us for photos. It started to rain at the tail end and I was very glad that he was there to ensure us girls safely returned to the shore. There was a night we wanted to go paddleboarding in the sunset although the center had closed. The receptionist Henny helped us organise, and a young gentleman accompanied us in his kayak to ensure we were safe.

personally I didn't think anything was wrong, but a friend complained of food options as she was suffering from Bali belly

Amazing location, peaceful, wonderful staff and lovely room and pool. If you're looking for a calm restful holiday this is a wonderful spot. Close to town but enough away that there is no noise. Our first room we stayed in was a little but musty due to poor drainage in the bathroom but we told the staff and were immediately provided with a new room. Fantastic service!

Ocean view was amazing 🤩 huge swimming pool near the beach, lake with lotuses is so beautiful 😍 Cozy gazebo near lakes, where you can make massage. For guests free kayaking and paddle board. Green area, in the evening they organize barbecue and live music. Nice restaurant with good food. Rooms is comfortable and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. I recommend stay in Lovina in this hotel.

The property is beautiful. it’s located right on the beach and has a perfect view for both sunrise and sunset. it was great that they had their own water sports facilities on site, which included paddle boarding, canoeing and jet skiing and the staff that were running that were brilliant. I had never jet skied before and one of the guys came out with me and was great. I really appreciated the effort from him. The staff were always so friendly and there was on particular gentleman in the restaurant one day, who was an absolute pleasure to stop and talk to. All the staff are brilliant at making you feel relaxed and happy.
