The location was great for our purposes. Everyone on the staff treated us with much kindness and respect. There was great coffee in the mornings. Hot breakfast was available at a nominal fee each day which was very convenient for us. Bottled water was available with a snack upon check in. A shopping mall and other stores were nearby.

Nothing really. We have no complaints . Everyone was most accommodating to our needs. The atmosphere throughout the hotel lobby was very lovely in the midst of the upcoming holiday season.

I like the room size. I really liked having the coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in the room.

I think the elevators could have been cleaned better. I felt the lights in the bathroom could have been brighter or even another light over the sink. I would have like to see regular coffee instead of decaf for the coffee maker.

I was very disappointed and inconvenienced about the tea selection. I wished they had a basic black tea ( not earl grey). If you’re unable to carry Lipton, orange pekoe is an excellent option. I had to go out and buy a box of tea for my stay.

It was close to where I was staying and everyone was friendly. Everything was clean and neat in the room. Room was also cleaned when I was away as well, which was nice.

I did not like that the pool was down for maintenance and that we had to pay for our breakfast. It would have made things a lot easier if we got breakfast with our stay.

I like that there member guest text me once I was in my room to make sure everything was great.

I didn't like that they wanted you keep a credit card on file when you're paying cash and that they put a extra $25 hold on your card just in case if you want to get anything from there little area of snacks for convenience

Staff and most of the facility was great and loved having an easily accessible room!

We had a handicapped shower…. The design is just not good, the bathroom remains messy and wet… which of course increases the likelihood of “insects”

Was traveling due to death and arrived much earlier than check in time and was accommodated with a ready room This made me so happy and everyone was so professional The customer.service.was GREAT!

Television channels were not all working, and changed from day to day. The business services offered print no scan, and noted that the desk would do it for you. That didn't happen, no one ever offered. The staff's comment on both TV and computer services was, "that hasn't worked right for a long time. Prices on food items from the little market were outrageous, $6 for 1 small yogurt??? I saw the same garbage laying just outside the door that was visible to the desk staff and that staff used frequently.

The room was perfect

When I checked in, I was told that there was a complementary breakfast and then in the morning when I went to go get breakfast I was told that there wasn’t one, that I had to pay for it.

The hotel was nice. Kind of outdated for the price though.

The ceiling has moldy looking black patches around the edges in some places, the staff at the front desk was rude when I called to confirm my payment and then when I got there the lady at the front had an attitude as well… the soap dish didn’t look clean either.
