The place is exceptionally charming and cozy with plenty of wonderful details. It was really relaxing lying in the deck chair on the soft green grass and enjoying the glass of Bellenda prosecco with the amazing view on the surrounding hills. The room is spotlessly clean and the mattress is really comfortable. The bathroom is spacious, with super soft white towels. The breakfast is delicious, again with great attention to all tiny details. It is served on the terrace so you can again enjoy the view. I hope we will come back. they served us breakfast as if we were at home, very attentive. The hotel had a little room to relax in, was very cosy, the grounds around were beautiful, views from every angle

a little cut off from main cities but we were after a quiet stay. we drove to different places like Venice, Treviso, Bassano del Grappa and our last night we went into Vittorio Veneta, only a few minutes drive, a quaint little village - so you would definitely need a car to stay here.

Everything! Every detail of the hotel is so attractive! It’s clean, rooms are well thought, the owner was very welcoming and helped with late check in and all details! This place is a hidden gem and a must to return to! And those breakfasts… it was the only breakfast for which we skipped our usual no breakfast policy!

The reception closes for a few hours in the afternoon and then early in the afternoon, but it's understandable as it's a small hotel with not many rooms.

The property is managed with passion by Francesca, who coordinates all operations for the smooth running. Starting with the breakfast that was served on the terrace, with an absolutely gorgeous view, and ending with the room carefully arranged and matched with the landscape and the surrounding environment, we can say that everything is superlative.

The property was beautiful, the staff were really friendly, professional and helpful with recommendations for restaurants. The wine tour was fascinating even for people that don’t know lots about wine and obviously the product is delicious.

We loved everything about this place. The atmosphere that it manages to create throught the decor and attention to detail is magical. We stayed in 2 of the junior suites, one of which had a hot tub. We enjoyed the breakfast and loved this small room at ground floor where they organise prosecco tasting from the vineyard across the street. Finally, a big thanks to Francesca and the staff for everything.

Very lovingly furnished guesthouse with a lot of attention to detail. Everything is very clean, the garden is also very well maintained. The head of the guesthouse is also friendly and obliging. We will come again.

Quiet and elegant realis with great view and superb owner. The room is spacious, but the suit is the perfect choice. Francesca helped us with restaurant booking and organizing bottle of prosecco. Breakfast was elegantly served sweet and salty continental, good quality. Can only talk in superlatives.
