It was a beautiful stay here. Great location (in the Medina) , beautiful interiors, well furnished, with taste and elegance, mixing the traditional style with some modern touch. The internal court is relaxing, quite spacious and not claustrophobic (compared to other riad) well natural lightning from the top and with the fireplace working. the breakfast is very delicious and with a lot of food. Our room on the first floor was really beautiful, romantic, well furnished and clean, with a beautiful bathtub. Amazing terrace. we didn’t tried the Spa. staff friendly.

Location is in a quiet spot within the medina. Everything is clean and all the staff are friendly. Room was very unique with good space. The spa is also very good value!

Breakfast on the terrace is a nice idea but need a way to stop the docile wasps from disturbing you. Felt sorry for the lady serving us

Thank you to all of the staff who were so welcoming and made our stay so perfect. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile. They recommended and booked restaurants for our evening meal and also organised our transfer from Essaouira to Marrakech. The recommended restaurants were great. Once we'd checked out, the staff allowed us to keep our luggage in the hotel and continue to use the towels that had been provided. I would highly recommend Casa Lila and Spa.. the location in the old Medina of Essaouira was great. Everything was so accessible. Thank you

Staff Asme and Rashid so helpful and could not do enough for us, thank you for that especially when my friend was unwell. Hamman was amazing.

Noisy in the morning for breakfast but staff could not help that as some people get up very early

Very well positioned in the middle of the Médina only 5 minutes walk from supratours bus drop off pick up if your travelling from Marrakesh, the Riad offers a friendly welcome from lovely staff. you will find yourself in the middle of everything but with the usual riads peace and quiet.

Everything, it was such an amazing place. The whole team were so kind and helpful. Rashid gave us some amazing recommendations of where to eat. We had such a fabulous time thank you.

Not a single thing

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast (included) was excellent. Internal decoration is beautiful.

The room was a little on the small side. There was mould on the walls of the shower and toilet. The hotel didn't appear to be in the part of town as described.

lovely place to stay! friendly personnel and a good location from which you can explore the city.

the idea of a Moroccan house is that there is a central open space with the rooms around it. however there are no windows outward and that can mean that it is difficult to ventilate in the room.

Staff were very attentative and accomodating, helpful tips for quality dining and places to go in the area. Breakfast was very good. We also had two excellent and well priced dinners at the hotel. Hotel decor was lovely both in public spaces and in the quirky bedroom.

Mattress on the bed was too soft / insufficiently supportive.
