It's an oasis away from the crowds. About 20 minutes from Old Phuket which is a great spot for dinner, drinks and shopping. The facility was amazing, infinity pools were awesome.

You can't tell from the pictures but the beach isn't the most swimmable. At low tide the water will be out so far you have to walk a fair distance through squishy terrain (not sand but not mud, just feels a bit gross under your feet). Even at high tide the ground isnt that sandy in the water once you get deep enough to swim, so just keep that in mind if you're looking to stay on an awesome beach you'll want the west coast. But they offer paddle boards etc to make use of their beach area. Overall this property is stunning! Also check out the baba nest for unreal sunset, just down the street!

Large resort, beach side, great staff, large rooms very clean.

Felt like a party resort, every area had loud beat music, no quiet spots, difficult to read a book and enjoy the view.

We liked the room. Pool with beach access was awsome. Kids enjoyed the pool and the beach. There is a low tide and high tide. Low tide, the water goes back very far and you can see star fish on the ground. Very nice experience and during high tide water come close and we have had such experience first time. All this happens the same day. Surreal experience. Loved the stay in this room. Even though breakfast was okay, Thai food was really good. Being far from city it was Very relaxed and is a place where you can rent a bike go to a nearby 7/11 (convenient store) and take some nice snacks for your trips to beaches. Since very far from city there is no traffic at all and if you can ride it is a good experience.

House keeping was a little poor. Keep forgetting to refill coffee, creamers etc., I know it might sound too little to complaint but we never had such experience in any other hotel, where we wake up and wait for them to bring those things. We are usually in a rush to go someplace and such things do matter mainly when you compare the value for money. We didn’t get a slot for the spa. It was always booked. Place was a little far from the city, it takes 1 hour 20 mins to reach the place from the airport. So plan well ahead of time when going back.

Dinner buffets pretty average :-( dined mostly in the Tamarind Was pleased the resort was somewhat accessible as I am a little mobility challenged.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, ensuring we could check-in early and consistently helped us in organising transport (a hotel driver) whenever we wanted to go out and explore Phuket. The location is beautiful, with stunning beaches and local restaurants/shops/stalls, all in a very relaxed and quiet part of Phuket. We tried both the hotel buffet breakfast and lunch in the beach club and were very pleased with the variety of delicious food and the cleanliness/hygiene.

The room size was beyond expectations. However, as expected of all Phuket resorts, there were lizards in the bath which bothered us slightly. The bathtub was exceptionally huge and was great. The private pool was also good and we didn’t have to use the common pool because of it. Wifi was good in the room with decent speeds.

The room request for a quiet corner was met. However, the stale smell of water drainage was quite apparent around the pool area which we were able to overlook given the great location of the room. We were also disappointed that despite staying for 3 nights, attempting to book a family session for foot massages at the spa next door to our room was quite impossible. The TV channel selection was also limited and the reception was fuzzy on all channels.

Location, staff, pools, restaurants menu, android/iOS application is good as well. Some guys from the restaurant staff has really good English ( highly appreciated ). Internet - amazing, especially in the rooms ! ( Keep in mind that there is a limit of the connected devices to ~4-5 ). They are trying hard to solve the mosquitoes problem, and almost succeed, but from time to time you will be biten, so be prepared. The hotel is located little bit far from the Center, the taxi will cost 400-500THB, If you rent a car will start from about 800THB, so renting a car at some point could be the better choice!

Rooms air conditioner is too strong, half of the room is useless. Even decreasing the speed to the lowest doesnt help. On the other hand if you get burned from the sun this powerful air conditioner will be welcome. Rooms shower water is too hot or too cold, can't be set in the middle. If you try to make it warm the heater is turning off and the water gets cold again.

Got the junior suite with the bunk bed and it was perfect. Although the king sized bed was more of 2 super single together, so it's definitely more super king sized. The hotel buffet (breakfast & dinner) was good, with good spread and different cuisines every day. The pool was good, and the beach is just a few steps away, with good simple canoe & paddle boarding. Didn't get to experience the activities or the kids club (my kid was a bit older) but love that it's so family friendly. Would definitely come back again.

Probably the only minor issue is the water pressure in the shower is a little weak. While the dinner buffet had different cuisines every night, breakfast buffet was the same food with minor changes every day. Could do with a bit more variety daily.

We stayed at the hotel with our daughters 4 and 8. They absolutely loved it. Breakfast buffet is wonderful, great set of pools, small but nice beach with shallow waters and wonderful view. Great kidsclub with lots of activities. The junior suite is quite large with plenty of storage, large bath room and working desk. It also has a large balkony overlooking one of the pools and the sea (visible from our 3rd floord room that is).

Arrival was a little underwhelming, but during our stay it proved to be a one-off experience, as the staff was very nice and attentive. The room capacity was stated for 4 but we were not aware our youngest daughter then had to sleep in the parent's bed. We could book an extra bed though. Amenities at walking distance of the hotel are limited and many shops seem to have closed over the past years due to covid. Hopefully they come back as it gets more busy.

A beautiful location staffed by the most hospitable people. We spent 7 nights in a pool villa and it didn’t not disappoint. The pools in the resort were stunning, the beach beautiful and swimmable most of the morning and our kids wanted to spend most of their time at the kids club. The location is dead quiet, with a few little restaurants across the road for when you get sick of the resort food. Having said that, breakfast was amazing and the edge beach club food was decent (and convenient!) All In all we had an amazing time that we will remember forever.
