An excellent hotel with an excellent location - on one side there is a beautiful castle, on the other there is a panorama of the city. Pleasant staff at the reception. The room had everything: kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, a bottle of water for the day, slippers, shampoos, hair conditioner, toothbrushes, paste, soap, napkins. The breakfasts were excellent, especially pleased with the variety of wine and champagne). I'm glad that I chose this hotel.

The maids constantly forgot to put a bottle of water in the room, so I had to contact the reception. The staff there resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. If you live in rooms on the first floor, it is somewhat noisy - there is a restaurant downstairs, so at night chairs and tables and umbrellas are removed with a lot of noise. Same noise early in the morning. But this is not critical.

I liked everything. The hotel is located in front of the sea where you could have the most beautiful view ever with the castle , the sea and the city line. The hotel was very clean , very quite, breakfast was excellent and the two ladies at the reception were extremely helpful and polite. The facility is surrounded by restaurants, bars which is very convenient and the city center is just walking distance. I have spent a marvelous holidays there. - The location of the hotel was amazing. The beach was just below the hotel, had an excellent view for the sea in the front of window. - The room had a big balcony and smoking was allowed there, so there was no need to go down every time. - The neighborhood was lively, we had a lot of restaurants nearby, but was not too crowdy, I guess this is one of the best location. - The staff was friendly and helpful, in the reception desk everybody speak English. (other staff mostly speaks Spanish only) - It was a 18+ hotel and looks like they kept the rule, what was a very good to have a comfort stay. - Breakfast was very good and had a lot of choice to eat, it was possible to eat outside near the beach.

- The overall cleanliness was not perfect at all, in the bathroom, there was mold in the corners. During the daily room cleanup, we didn't get a new soap for handwashing, we had to use the same for the whole week. That was a bit disappointing. But to be honest, Spanish hygiene requirements are much lower that in our country, so I can say this was "Spanish average" - The room was a bit small for us, didn't had enough space for using my laptop and everything else.

Fabulous location with sea views. Unfortunately there is no outdoor pool and the indoor one is quite small. I loved that breakfast was available until 1 pm. I'm sure like most people, I love the chance to sleep in and not feel presured to have to be up and dressed to early. Great variety of food to choose from.

There is no onsite bar and restaurant. Although they do have a restaurant along the promenade, it still feels disconnected from the hotel. There is no outdoor pool. I feel they could just as easily have utilised the solarium area more. By putting a small bar and possibly a small hotub or pool there.

The views of the castle, both during the daytime and especially at night are magical! This hotel is located off the main area, which is more busy. It is quieter at this end with the beach directly in front of you. A fantastic and amazing breakfast each day, which included pastries, Egg, dishes, meats, cheeses, juices, specialty, coffee, etc. Make sure you request and book a room with an ocean view. The majority of them are, but some of the rooms are in the back section and so you do not have a view of the ocean nor of the castle

Nice location, 5 meters from beach. Awesome view from balcony. Good breakfast, various meals. Daily cleaning. Super friendly and supportive staff. Even if we had to check out at 5am, they managed to give us the breakfast. Thank you, Valentina!

The price is mostly for location. Hotel clarification is exaggerated, it's more a regular 2**, or 3*** in Greece 😁. The room is so outdated with very basic furniture, it feels like in a poor hospital. We had to change everytime 2 elevators to reach 5th floor (ground one is only till 2nd floor), which was annoying. But the staff is always do their best to compensate this lack so bravo! and thank you!

Location: The hotel is conveniently located near the beach. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and professional. I appreciated their efficiency. The check-out process was equally straightforward.

Room: The room was spacious, but unfortunately, the mattress was quite uncomfortable. I experienced back pain after sleeping on it. Also, the sliding bathroom door didn’t provide enough sound protection.

Superb location, about 10 meters from the beach, not more. You can literally hear the sea waves from the room. Our room had a seaside view, but I think all of the hotel rooms do. Located at enough distance from Lloret clubs to not hear loud music at night. Very friendly and responsive personnel. Excellent food. We are frequent guests in Lloret, having been there a few times in the past years in different hotels. But we already know which hotel we will be booking for our next Lloret summer vacation.

It is one of those times where you really like everything. Nothing to point out here.

Everything. The rooms are aesthetically pleasing. You have a beautiful view and privacy at the same time. The staff were all very helpful, genuine and respectful. Approachable with a high level of friendly professionalism. The buffet breakfast was a feast for the eyes and catered for every dietary desire or need. Above all the feeling of trust and safety, as well of course the beach right outside your door, wonderful walks and cafes and restaurants. Also the fact that your room was cleaned really well, and done after 10am, so you could have a sleep in if you wanted. I was so impressed by the quality of the room and hotel, that I have booked for another 3 nights next week.
