The staff is so nice and helpful, and the location is perfect and very central. It was very clean and the room and interior of the hotel was beautiful. The bed was also nice and comfortable. I really loved the free coffee, tea and water available. We never had to buy drinking water and were able to wake up every day with a coffee. I was so surprised at how nice this place was for the great price we paid! Local Recommendations: For coffee & breakfast in the mornings within 5-10 min walking distance: Arista Barista (best coffee!), Baretto, SOCO For dinner within walking distance: Micaela Mar & Leña (make a reservation, best food in Merida), Apoala (very good food, beautiful patio) For drinks within 1 block of hotel: Tizatlan (very cool ambiance), La Negrita Cantina, Pipiripau, Agua de Mar Wine Bar (orange wine!)
The shower did not work properly in our room. I didn't tell the staff so no fault of their own, I'm sure they would've helped! It was either boiling hot or freezing, and the hot and cold water didn't mix properly. The hotel can install some pumps to make this work better or check the cartridge in the wall to make sure its working. The cold shower would've been fine if the weather was hotter, but it was a little chilly when we were there.

We were met by the manager John at the front desk with a smile. We speak almost no Spanish but he spoke enough English that we were completely accommodated. He and Didier, & Nora were all very happy to serve in spite of my wife and my lack of language skills. We were there for 2 weeks so we got to know Mario (easy to remember - just another super hero) David, and Caamal too. All very pleasing folks. Definitely recommend staying there
The 1st question was "What did you not like? - Rain(😉) but....they had umbrellas for our use .. immediate sidewalk in front very narrow, but manuverable...A more comfortable chair in the room would have been desirable for such a long stay, but I bet if I had said something about it, John would have tried to make a difference. Rainwater type shower is not my favorite, but my wife likes it. All in all, 👍👍

The rooms were spacious, price quality was unbeatable (we stayed two nights in other hoteles that we didn’t liked until we found this one). I think is a perfect place for couples who also enjoy walking around. You have easy accessibility-transportation to any tourist and local attraction: downtown, progreso, tren maya, pueblitos, etc.
I liked everything, stay was very enjoyable, our only suggestion would be to be precautious with going out of the hotel, the main entrance is in a busy street and buses drive very close by.

The employees, specifically John, were amazing. They were friendly, professional, and proactive. The hotel was immaculate. I also liked that this hotel was within a short walk to many restaurants. Uber was easy and cheap.
My room had glass inserts on the main door to the hallway. They were incredibly beautiful. However, if you prefer to sleep in the dark bring a sleep mask because this room is very bright all through the night. The other rooms did not have this problem.

Great property, excellent location close to all the main sights. Lots of restaurants and amenities nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is comfy, and the AC works well. The bed was very comfy, and overall great stay. Free water, tea, and coffee for guests. Great value for money.
There was a minor issue with white dust / powder on the concrete slab in the room which stained my clothes. But apart from that the room was spotless and very clean. Some more natural lighting in the room would also be good.

The amenities of the hotel are amazing, also the room was beautifully designed and great for a stay for a couple of nights. The hotel is located on a great spot between two of the major touristic areas. Mercado 60 right around the corner makes for a great last stop before heading back to the hotel at night.
The water in the shower was only cold. No big deal, but might be of interest to other people. Also, the WiFi in my room wasn’t working, so I tapped in to the WiFi of the neighbor room.

Rooms were nice, the staff was nice, had everything we needed from nice AC to a cup of coffee, not to mention the new addition of a vending machine for any snacks or drinks we may want. It was my first time at this hotel and, of course, Mérida, and if I ever come back, I will 100% be booking my stay at this place again!

Located in downtown. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby.
The hotel can provide an extra blanket in case it’s cold at night because of the air conditioning. Also mini fridge will be helpful.
