Beautiful and fun swimming pool, very fresh and delicious food: best quality ingredients + professional Italian cook. Close to high way exit but still in the middle of green hills.. Very peaceful and quiet at night.... Relaxing sleeping, very comfortable pillows! Still a close ride to the sea... In the round abouts ancient castles + dolmen site + a safari zoo at 30 minutes... With kids or alone... Enjoyable!

The steep road to get to the hill..(very short actually) ...doable but by foot if with stroller gets difficult... Definitely not a deterrent!

We stayed 2 nights, it was a bit far form our area of interest, but the booking was late and this was the best solution available. It turned out to be a very good choice! Personal is very kind, even if not everybody speaks English. Restaurant is exceptional, full of local people, this is always a good sign. Pizza and coffee are really Neapolitan, chief is doing really good things! Bravo!

easy to find off the motorway, really nice clean, airy building. staff didn’t speak a lot of English but were really helpful and friendly. breakfast included, really good value

options for evening meal (on a Monday) - only had pizza at the hotel (I can’t eat bread) so headed into the town/village, not a lot open on a Monday but we found somewhere. wifi didn’t work well in the room at all, sat in the sofa area just outside. was woken by snoring in another room, sound travels quite well across the hotel.

Owner very welcoming. Place super clean, with very good facilities. Big room and very clean.

Breakfast was not so good. Had to wait for barman to come back from smoking a cigarette outside to serve us coffee. Not much available for breakfast.

Lovely location close to the hills but not far from the coast and Genoa. Lovely pool with swim-up bar. Brilliant home made pizzas from a wood-fired oven, excellent local wine. Fantastic value

The best accomodation I ever had in Italy. Do yourself a favor and visit Relais Black Horse. Great rooms, good food and the staff is very friendly.

The restaurant food was really nice, fresh and honest cooking. The breakfast served in the garden had a nice selection including fresh fruit, yoghurt and quality coffee. The pool was spectacular: very large, lake shaped pool with shallow area for the kids, jet stream area and bar in the pool, as well as beautiful view over the hills. Lots of areas to hang out and relax, loungers and lawn. We stayed in the family apartment: it was simple but comfortable, lots of space. Michele and his family were very friendly. Beautiful setting in the nature among hills and a horse farm.

The apartment is very practical and spacious, but could easily be turned into 10 points for a family stay with a few simple fixes. The kid's room has no window so the air is a bit stuffy there. The kid's bed is a convertible sofa bed that is medium comfortable, a normal bed would be better. The lock on the door might be good to upgrade. The windows have no mosquito nets. Other than that, the apartment is very practical and nice for a family and we would like to stay there again.

The staff is kind and friendly and the restaurant serves very good food. The facilities are as expected for a three star hotel.

The WIFI connection could be better. I found the individual bed slightly small.

Internet facilities in the room to be improved. Due to less frequency/range , Internet is not available in the room
