Fantastic hotel located in the heart of everything you want to do. It is part of the Bonvoy family, so has all the upper-level amenities such as well-trained high-service staff, key coded elevators, business area, huge fitness, great outdoor space, bar, restaurant and very helpful staff. The room was perfect, it was steps to all the tram and bus lines, or a short walk to Bourbon street, Riverside walk and all the stores, restaurants and night life you could want, with the extra benefit of being quiet. Would definitely pick again.

I would love cheaper parking. We just dumped the car and to do that and have it be $15 (versus $45) would be amazing. There were $15 lots but not right beside the hotel.

Very little amenities for the cost as no fridge in room water bottles were free downstairs and 2 in room. Breakfast was also not included. Parking was charged 5$ more than daily 45$ parking for outsiders!!! That was unacceptable as shouldnt parking be free for patrons who are paying so much for room everyday???

We had a corner room which had extra windows. We could watch the streets below. One night we saw a wedding party dance thru the streets complete with musicians and twirling parasols. Very cool! Our hotel concierge, Yvette, was fantastic, honest, easy to talk with, funny, and so helpful with her many tips and suggestions. The desk staff and cleaning staff and doormen and valet staff were all exceptional. Thank you. Will definitely stay again.

The sidewalks outside in most of the area (not just this hotel) are sort of a mess. If you aren’t constantly watching your steps you could easily trip, fall, twist an ankle, or worse. I have no idea how a wheelchair would ever get around🤷‍♀️ There were many holes, broken concrete, missing pieces, sloped pavement, etc…. Yikes.

Room was clean. the bathrooms need a little updating but were very clean as well. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels replaced daily. The bed was soft. I take my own cleaning supplies since COVID but I could have skipped that part because this hotel is really clean. The staff was helpful and the restaurant crew was super lively and fun!

The staff was amazing. From the cleaners to the front desk/guest services to the manager. The hotel was very clean. The restaurant was very good. The bed was comfortable.

The room furniture was outdated. As well as the doors, carpets and bathroom counters.

Very conveniently located, great VFM, very friendly staff Everything I needed and wanted without the fuss of the overly priced hotels nearby.

Situated next to a church so expect some noise - didn't bother me much. I was there off-season so very quiet, but I can see how noises coming in from the corridor might become an issue if the hotel was full

A total of 20 of us stayed at the hotel and the service was outstanding. The hotel is down the street from Bourbon St. We were in walking distance from everything. The location, staff and overall atmosphere was outstanding!! I would absolutely stay there again and again.

I am from Europe so when I wake up I couldn’t charge my phone because of our charger, I went in the lobby and I was trying to find place to charge my phone , then the engineer there his name was Tim was so kind and helpful so he bring me converter, he was very nice guy very helpful and professional .

The hotel was very welcoming. From the staff, scented lobby, refreshing water, the lounges, the restaurant and patio. The room was clean and the location of the hotel was perfect for walking to events we planned to attend.

Great location next to French quarter but peaceful at night. Upscale decorating and image.

Room was not cleaned each night. Once I complained it was cleaned that day and also on the final night of a 6 night stay. Not a problem but at the price, service is expected.
