Good location next to cable car, enough parking lots, helpful, friendly and multilingual staff, very good food.

Not really that I didn’t like it but the concept of ski /skiboot storage being part of each room means that you have to walk (partly on slippery PVC floor) and carry the skis for quite long distance. Furthermore, the ski-storage “pre-room” is not acustically isolated, though visually you may think you are alone.. Second thing is wellness - only shower available after sauna, a bit gloomy spaces, water tube for splashing not working in steam bath…simply some improvement would be welcome.

Quiet place. Superlative breakfast choice. Many Italian chefs. Wellness area nice and quite complete (included in the price). If you are a person addicted to many sports, they have all what you could desidere. Actually we are not but we came here due to an issue in another hotel just 4 days before our arrival. Free big parking as well as the cable car to go to the top (1900m) of the Nassfeld mountains.

Even if the dinner was at buffet, not so much attention and availability to taking care about my girlfriend intolerance (lactose). Not easy to obtain dishes on request (neither pasta or beef or sweets). The room design concept is a bit unusual and to be compromised.

The location is spot-on - first row, looking at the slope. The main cable car - Millennium Express - is a minute away. The hotel is super-interesting. What the industrial design is capable of today. You are allowed (expected :-)) to walk into the hotel with your ski boots on, and continue to the room which's vestibule is a mini-depot, including ski boots blower. Both breakfast and dinner are great, spoiling for choices. Organized as a buffet, there are still a couple of chefs preparing bespoke omelette, pasta dishes etc.

I really liked everything about this hotel. We were really surprised; the hotel has everything you need. Perfect breakfast, location, and really nice staff. Good activities (swimming pool, climbing wall, billiards, etc.). The price of the hotel also included tickets for all the cable cars. I have to say the price was very good, which is why we decided to go on a trip to this part of the country. The sauna is not like in a perfect wellness or spa, but it is clean, functional, and you can relax there as you like. You get everything (towels, water). Thank you for the nice holiday. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. And for sure, I will go there again. :)

I really enjoyed staying in this interesting, modern building—it definitely stands out with its unique design. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. The facilities were excellent, and I especially appreciated that the price included a special card for extra activities. Thanks to this, I was able to take a ride up the mountain with the cable car system for free, which was a fantastic experience!

While I enjoyed my stay, there were a few things that I found inconvenient. The pedestrian traffic between the two buildings of the hotel was a bit challenging, as the connection is on the 1st floor rather than the ground floor, which would be more practical. Additionally, the use of ramps instead of stairs was not ideal, and since the ramps aren’t aligned but require walking around the atrium each time, it made navigation a bit unpleasant. Although there is an elevator available, it felt somewhat redundant given the layout. Lastly, the toilet space was quite undersized. As an architect, I understand the need to economize space, but adding 40-50 cm would have made it far more comfortable to use.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The breakfast was absolutely the best I’ve ever had – vibrant, diverse, and incredibly delicious. There was such a wide variety of options, catering to all tastes. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel offers a huge range of activities, including a pool, saunas, ping pong, billiards, a climbing wall, and a kids’ corner, so there was always something fun to do. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience!

Buffet style food provided lots of choice for everyone. Hotel had extra facilities useful for end of skiing ie sauna/steam/pools/gym. Evening entertainment provided, so didnt need to leave the hotel if you didnt want too. Rooms comfortable & clean & modern.

Ski storage was in your room so you had to troop through the hotel with kit up to your room [would be better if on the ground floor]. TV channels were all in German/Austrian.....no English provision.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. The wellness & spa area was super nice with two finnish saunas and one steam room. The pool area is also really cool with indoor and outdoor pool. Nice water temperature. The atmosphere was calm, because we visited on offseason. The breakfast offered a large variation of drinks and food. You can make your own smoothie/juice from fresh fruits and vegetables. The room was clean and simple. There is AC in the room as well.

What an incredible hotel, we loved everything. Amazing food, facilities, it was clean, bunch of activities. Breakfast and dinner are great, i recommend it to everyone

When you enter the room there is a big storage with a sink in it. The problem is the wall to the next room is just a metal plate so you can hear everything, So when people are washing their mouth and spitting, you can not escape it. I don't like this sound.

great location and great staff. breakfast and the restaurant were lovely. The hotel facilities like the pool and gym were amazing. the best thing was its wifi. I measured 150 Mbps for both download and upload speed. The room was also clean.

the bathroom was not comfortable. The toilet was small, and then the washer was in a different room, yet the shower was through another door. Also, when people were walking or talking in the corridor you could hear them.
