Great large pool with plenty of sunbeds around, our room was beautiful, with nice balcony overlooking the pool. Bed was comfortable, fast wifi in the room worked perfectly. The breakfast was amazing with all you could think of (cakes, fresh fruit, variety of cheeses and hams). The staff at the reception were all really nice and helpful. We really welcomed the option to pakr our car in the garge (away from the heat) and the option to borrow the parasol and cool bag for the beach was also great benefit. We stayed at five hotels around Sardinia and La Funtana was the best.

Good hotel with very friendly staff and good ambience. Convenient location .

Breakfast options were quite limited, particularly hot food only had scrambled eggs and bacon which wasn’t really good. Parking can be a bit limited so we had to park in the underground garage which was very tight and even with not a big car it was difficult to get in and get out without scratching the car. we didn’t scratch it but it was very very difficult to get out, so I wouldn’t recommend going into the garage if you don’t want to scratch a rental car there. Rooms and showers are a bit old and require some renovations but nevertheless they have everything you would need and were comfortable to sleep .

lovely room with terrace overlooking the pool. Friendly staff who made me feel welcome and even gave me a lift to the bus station when I needed to leave and added a bottle of water for my journey. Great bar menu with very affordable cocktails and wine list. drinks were served by the pool with generous aperitivi. excellent breakfast.

The restaurant was closed at night in September so I had to head out for the evening alone. As an older solo traveller I would have felt more comfortable to eat in the hotel. But the hotel staff gave me lots of local recommendations instead.

Amazing stay at the property. Everyone is so welcoming and warm. Would definitely recommend this. Location is great- just 15 min walk to the market, and great restaurants. They have tie up with some amazing restaurants offering discounts. They can also book tours for you. They provide beach umbrellas and towels, which just made it easier to go to the beach everyday. Special mention to Riccardo- at the bar. He makes some of the best cocktails. He has so much knowledge about them. Have had some amazing cocktails from him. More importantly- such a warm and hospitable person. Sophian- the night manager, took special care at our early morning checkout. He served us hot coffee with delicious cake and croissants. He bakes the cake on his own in the night. Such a pleasing hospitality ! During your stay- if you happen to see Catalan Tart in the breakfast menu- please try it out. It was so fresh and yummy ! Overall, this was the best and comfortable stay during our vacation .

Staff were amazing, everyone was super friendly from the breakfast staff to the evening ones. We really enjoyed having a last drink out by the pool before bed every evening after dinner in town and also having a few drinks and nibbles at the pool. Really felt like home.

Couldn't find anything wrong with this place, maybe it would have been nice if they had a restaurant for dinner. But then again, there's so many places to go in the centre.

An overall excellent stay at Hotel La Funtana. The location was perfect, short walk into the town to lots of restaurants and short walk to the port to access the boat trips to the islands, which the hotel staff helped us to book. The facilities were very clean. Pool was excellent with sun beds always available. Breakfast was delicious. The highlight of our stay were the staff. They were outstanding, very friendly, attentive and helpful. A special mention to Ricardo the Bar man who looked after us very well during our stay.

Rooms are somewhat outdated for 4 stars, personnel at breakfast is not proactive at all, location of the gym makes it unsuitable for morning use (next to breakfast room). Hotel is a bit outside of the center of Santa Theresa gallura.

One of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Staff were super welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was great. Everything really clean. Lovely pool area. Really nicely decorated. Room comfortable. Easy to get to near the entrance to town, and just a 10 min walk to the centre. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend.

Best Hotel price-quality wise I've been to on Sardinia. Great and friendly staff. Everything was super clean and facilities were good! The gym is located near the pool and is a bit smaller then expected, but once again very clean and well equiped. The place is like a 15 min walk to the center which can be an exercise on hot days, but that means the hotel is in a more quiet area. The supermarket is just across the street and the pool is also great. Also, besides the staff, most guest also seemed more relaxed then anywhere else we've been. Breakfast was also great, many options and a lot of it was homemade.

Not much, maybe a more private gym area and the option to eat breakfast outside.
