I would like to take the opportunity to publicly thank Gabriele, the manager of the accommodation for his humanity and kindness. The place worths a stay and a come-back. It is centrally located, well furnished, good system of check-in/check-out, nicely decorated. However, on top of these, I personally had a serious family incident that made me unexpectedly shorten my stay and I was deeply relieved and comforted by the understanding and caring of the manager. I will definitely go back one day to 'complete' my stay

Great, modern and clean place. Very good breakfast and friendly hosts. Central but quiet.
A bit more storage space would be nice.

Fantastic location right near the city center and trian station. Close to all sites worth visiting. Rooms have plenty natural light, are airy and big. Furniture is nice. Breakfast is great. Host is friendly. Wifi is free and good.
Just a couple of issues. The mattress, although new and well cared for, was too hard for us. The doors barely block any noise, which can be uncomfortable late night and early morning. Finally we asked for a late check-out and reply was "si è possibile" (yes that's possible) but instead on the day we were asked to check out early, which meant we had to change plans.

Location superb.walked everywhere.
No place to sit and read,,visit, play games, other than the bed. No written information about facility or surroundings unless we asked. Fresh towels, T.P had to be requested, not offered during a 6 day stay.

The room was clean and spacious. The location was good.
Constant noise. Especially early in the morning and during the day phone calls and visitors not related to the guests. The walls were paper thin. My room was next to the kitchen area and people woke me up every morning with very loud conversations. This was worse than any hostel level experience you could imagine. There were also several odd and unprofessional situations. I think the hosts are kind and nice people, but they lack experience in hospitality and sometimes I got the impression like everything was about their businesses and the impression they wanted to make and not about the guests' needs, comfort and privacy. Also, I don't understand, how can you serve the leftovers for breakfast? Pieces of fruits, which were bought on Monday, were served day after day until the last day of my stay, which was Saturday. And we are talking about the slices of watermelon, melons, pineapple, or the cakes and pastry products. If you want to avoid food waste, please ask people, what they want and what they can eat. Prepare portions of food, instead of placing random stuff on the table. If you are open to inviting people from other countries and cultures, you have to be more flexible. Not everyone visits your country and your city to do tourist stuff, means get up early everyday and run to explore. People like myself, who came to visit friends and also do some work, while on holidays expect privacy and good rest at night. You basically charge for the quality of at least 3 star hotel but you can offer cheap hostel services in a pretty surroundings. These are not European standards.
