I loved the convenience of the snack shop. The breakfast was great and the coffee was amazing! The pool could have used a bit more cleaning and I guess the hot tub may have been out of order I saw ppl trying to use it and couldn't but nothing posted anywhere and it didn't look clean at all. The staff was helpful and nice. We live local and our AC went out and due to the holidays coming up it took a couple of days to get it repaired so we needed a nice reasonable place to stay but close to the kids school. The room was a bit tight and difficult for me to maneuver on my walker and when asked at check in if there were any bigger rooms they said no all the same. That was my biggest problem other than the toilet being extremely low with no handrails of any sorts. Thank you for an otherwise comfortable stay.

Small room and low toilet. Homeless man sleeping on the smoking area bench outside the front door all night the first night but not there the second one.

It was a great location for us. Lots of food places close by. The complimentary breakfast was GREAT compared to most. The staff were extremely courteous, pleasant and helpful. My daughter was having major surgery and this was a great rate and great hotel to be able to visit her and be close by.

Nothing really. We had an issue with the TV & microwave going out two days in a row. But both times someone came right out to fix. The second time actually fixed the problem. Bathroom was a little tiny. But it was just my mol and I… so no biggie.

A lady at the breakfast bar hollered at me when I opened the scrambled egg container to get eggs. She was standing with two plates, waiting for sausage to be put in the empty bin and was mad that I didn’t wait for her to be out of the way before I opened up the scrambled eggs, yet she wasn’t in my way at all. One of the employees came and apologized for her abruptness and rudeness.

Your breakfast area needs to be more accessible to multiple people due to the rudeness of a customer that thought I was too close getting scrambled eggs when she was sitting with two plates, waiting, waiting for her sausage to be put in an empty bin

Liked the room, breakfast, area, all was pleasant. Also the hotel front desk Bradon was excellent in making sure my stay was good. He was helpful and answering all my questions when needed. Hampton inn is my place to good and relax.

The room was fine except…

The bed was way too hard!! Felt like I was sleeping on the floor. And no comfortable place to sit in the room than on the bed. There was an office chair at the desk. But that’s not the kind of chair I would like to relax in before going to bed.

Perfect place to rest near on my way to south Florida. Check-in service was wonderful. Receptionist allowed me to a top floor room which I am always pleased to get.

The a/c auto mode wasn't working properly and my sleep wasn't as comfortable as I'd have loved to

I checked in after being awake 40 hours- soaked in saltwater. I was hired skipper of a sinking sailboat that the USCG rescued 32mi off Port Canaveral. I had a flight home from the Daytona airport so this location was perfect. Not only that, but I’m a sports car fan and enjoyed seeing and hearing the practice going on across the street. The staff was great. They provided water and a room facing the track as requested. The breakfast was perfect and that staff was friendly and helpful. It’s subjective, but the bed was way to soft, as were the pillows.

Softest mattress I’ve ever slept on. Pillows were too soft too.

Great location and great accommodations for the USABMX Sunshine Nationals. The facilities were awesome. The staff was great. We will most likely stay here again for the even next year!

There wasn't a single issue with the hotel.

Front Staffed did not act professional this could have been from lack of training. They showed no motivation.
