This is an absolutely beautiful Villa at the top of the hill overlooking the sea . A short walk down the street brings you to a cafe and its 2.50 euros for a double americono . Or help yourself to their breakfast buffet for 12 euros. One day , I just had fruit and a coffee while my friend had the buffet and they didnt charge me . The pool is clean and beautiful. You can order a sandwich, snack or anything you want to drink and they will come out to you when it is ready. Its is a15 min walk down stairs to town . If you dont want to walk back up the hill, you can take a taxi for 15 euros. I would suggest that on a hot day or evening when it is dark. Be sure to wait at the taxi stand just outside the town . Its easy to spot Other taxis may charge you more . You can take the bus to any of the beaches for around 2.50. Ask at the front desk. The service was excellent with very friendly staff and I would definitely stay here again .

Not enough good loungers at the pool. The mattresses provided were hard to get up from . Free coffee should be provided in the morning .

Beautiful view, great location and friendly staff. We especially appreciated the early checkin as after a very long week of travel all we wanted was a shower and bed!

The uphill shortcut walk to the hotel, but thats the price you pay for beautiful views and honestly, the amount we ate, we needed the exercise.

Family run business & the service was wonderful. Location was very close to town, an easy 10 minute walk downhill but don't recommend walking back. Cab should only be 10-20€ back home. Very clean & very comfortable room.

Pool area needs more protection from the very windy conditions that are normal for the island. The outdoor area outside the rooms also need more protection. Great areas but you can't enjoy them because of the wind, a simple hard roof would make them more usable, be nice to sit outside with a bottle of wine & enjoy your surroundings.

Family owned and operated villa. They were very nice and helpful. It's in a nice location. My family was able to walk to the villa from the first bus-stop in Mykanos. Also, we walked to the New Port to get a high speed ferry to another island; took 15 minutes to walk to it. There is a nice restaurant just past the hotel (about 500 m), and also one across the street. Also, there is a grocery store close by if you need to purchase other items. The walk to Mykanos town was about 10 minutes at a brisk pace.

Overall, very positive and I would return to this location. It's nice a quiet and that was nice. A hot-tub (for common use) would be ideal (i.e., for use in early season periods, given that the pool was cold (in May). Overall it is really nice. The rooms were exactly as shown on the photos. WiFi worked fine/ no issues at all.

Sharon and her staff were really warm , friendly and accommodating. This is the best service we have had in any hotel. She gave us lots of information about the island on arrival , and free breakfast as we were staying for a week. This gesture we really appreciated. She also helped us with booking a transfer for the journey home. The location of the hotel was on a great spot - close to Mykonos town and the airport. We enjoyed the snacks at the pool and the drinks were lovely. Rooms were very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and experience so Thankyou to everyone at Villa Konstantin.

Everything was perfect! Room 10/10. Location 10/10 next to old town and 1 min from Zuma restaurant. Its super central located so every program of ours was like a few min drive. Rooms are super clean. The owner of the hotel is super super nice, she gave us tips and recommendations, she gave us extra towels for the beach and sun umbrellas. She honestly made us feel right at home. This is a family run hotel and you can realize the difference as soon as you are there ! There is a free parking infront of the hotel. The hotel has no disruptive bars next door ( unlike many others in mykonos) so you can sleep very peacefully. They have a good buffet breakfast available also. Good ocean view too ! The women working at the reception and breakfast were also super friendly and helpfull. Keep up the good work. Hopefully see you soon !

Stunning property, just as the photos show the rooms and outdoor spaces give a luxury feel. Pool area was equally lovely! The views are amazing if your thinking of going 180 bar this hotel has the same view without the €100 minimum spend But best of all are the hosts, spending time with each guest on arrival to give recommendations and advice of where to visit and how to get places. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this stay to anyone visiting Mykonos - money well spent!

The walk up takes 10 minutes from the old port and about 20 from Little Venice/windmills but don’t let that put you off, anywhere in Mykonos with a view will be uphill and require some walking. The path is easy to follow with steps most the way!

Check in was easy and Poppy gave us lots of tips for the local area and rest of the island. Our room was a great size for the four of us and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Everywhere was spotless and the breakfast was delicious! Sharon, Jasmine and Poppy were always on hand to help with whatever we needed. Pool towels were provided and we loved the beanbag style loungers around the pool. A breath-taking view tops off a lovely hotel and if we return to Mykonos, we will certainly look to stay here again!

Everything was absolutely fine.

Everything screams relax and enjoy. very clean, colorful and comfortable. the location is a short walk/hike from town but easily accessed from the road. parking is very easy if your renting a vehicle. the pool was a perfect place to enjoy the day, with great amenities. the bar was also open for drinks if you want. breakfast every day was delicious and the staff was one of a kind!!! they treat you right!!

The hike down to town was easy, it was the hike back up that was a bit tough. but taxis and if you get a scooter/atv takes care of that. but you’re in Greece. expect walking everywhere and stairs.

The staff was amazing. They were super helpful and responsive to everything. The property itself is really nice, great pool with view of town and an all-day cafe/restaurant on site. The room was very nice

The location is on a busy highway on a hill above town. There is a footpath down into town that only takes about 15 minutes, but the walk back up is difficult as it's mostly steps and uphill. A cab from downtown is expensive, about 20 Euro each way. You would need a car if you want to explore other areas of the island. Luckly there's free parking across the street.
