I was travelling with my elderly father who has mobility issues we were given a room as close to the stairs as possible, all staff were friendly and very helpful even though my French is quite limited they are happy to persevere.

Oh nothing this had everything I needed the staff the location, the motorway can be a bit noisy but that cant be helped the view of the bay from the bar when the sun is about to set brings everything into perspective.

Room was big, also the bathroom, everything very clean. Breakfast was amazing and super complete, breakfast area has also a balcony and huge windows with a stunning view on the bay. Private parking in front of the hotel with a lot of spaces.

The young staff at the reception did not speak English. When we asked them to speak in English, they seemed upset. They had a very bad attitude. In the corridor leading to the room, there was a strong, unpleasant smell that resembled a cleaning product.

Very nice lady at the reception and also a kind girl at the breakfast. Breakfast was very good. Property is conveniently located on the way from Dinard to St. Malo so if you're not looking for centrally-located properties, it's a good option. Free parking.

Room was small and there's no AC. It was a hot day and night and you can't open the window, because there is no window - our room had jsut the door, going out to the parking lot.

We were given Room 6 - which we have coincidentally been allocated twice previously! This quiet, rear, ground floor room overlooks the car park and also has an exterior door. It is perfect for us, as we travel with our dog, who stays in the car and can be easily reached directly from the room. The rooms and shower rooms are always clean and the large beds extremely comfortable.

Really lovely staff, beautiful location and plenty of on site parking. The restaurant wasn't open but we had googled beforehand so arrived prepared with our own snacks. The bar was open and we were happy with our bottle of wine enjoying the view from the terrace. Imagine if you were travelling with children this may be a problem although there was an option to buy a microwave meal or a pizza so not all bad!

The microwave dinner - I didn't feel like driving to nearby restaurants (which aren't in walking distance) and dinner in the hotel was microwave dishes, and they were very nice! Served with fresh bread and drinks from the bar in the restaurant, with views of the lake. Easy drive to the ferry at St Malo.

Everythign was perfect. The staff at the reception was the best I meet in the last decade. Very helpfull, much more than expectd and alway with a nice smile on the face. The rooms was confy and clean and the location was queit and near to the visting places. Very good hotel. Highly recomended.

Some small eating products for the evening is the only thing that was missing but there ws plenty of eating places around.

Good location, albeit needed a car. Room was perfect for a family (double bed and bunk beds). No kettle in the room but there was tea making facilities in the main area of the hotel. We didnt eat but food was available. We drove into Dinan for a meal on the evening. We had to leave very early the next day to get our ferry, checkout was easy, breakfast was available but we had to leave too early. The hotel is in a lovely high point with views across the bay.

Our room was below the restaurant, was noisy at first but once diners had retired for the evening, no noise at all. Potentially if you wanted a lie in, you could have been disturbed by breakfast (we’d already left by then).

The property has a lovely view. Breakfast was good but there was limited choice for the vegans in our party (but no different most other places in France).

It was a little further away from St Malo than I was expecting but that was not a problem with access to a car.

Very clean and comfortable room. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, especially Laura who speaks excellent English. Very pretty and convenient location for both St. Malo (including car ferry) and Dinard. Free and spacious car parking. Free tea and coffee in bar. Have stayed here many times and would not hesitate to return when we are next in St. Malo.

Little disappointed that the restaurant is not operating for dinner with the exception of snacks which are reheated. However, understand it is very difficult to assess how many clients would want dinner in the hotel as there are many lovely restaurants just five/ten minutes drive away.
