staff were amazing. breakfast was good. room was comfortable. WiFi was great

not being able to take in drinks or snacks in which we purchased outside of the hotel without risk of being fined was ridiculous. also completely understand not being able to smoke in the room but when there is a balcony it seemed overkill to again be threatened with a charge to smoke on there.

I did not like the fact that the pool closes very early (7pm) and opens very late (10am) so for people like me that chexkin late and check out early, it wasn't possible to use the pool. While it would have been amazing to enjoy the sunset colors swimming in that beautiful pool

Everything was wonderful from the friendly greeting at the front desk upon arrival to the daily treatment at breakfast. Excellent staff, Fernando, Michelangelo, Benedetta, Alessandro, with f&b, always ready (and very dignified) to bring you what you need - drinks and terrific food! Also check out lovely pool bar! Laura, Simona, Sandro, I believe, were the names of some of the lovely people at the reception. Thanks for helping me open up a bottle late eve ;-).

The hotel is close to the airport and is a good base for exploring the island. The Hotel is clean and a garden with the pool is well-kept. From the pool we can see the bay with ferries. The first pool towel loan is free of charge. Each next one is 5 euro for a towel. We took it once and gave it back at the end of our stay. The hotel has an indoor and outdoor gym. The meals in the restaurant were delicious. Buffet breakfast with a sufficient selection of hot, cold, salty and sweet products - plus fresh juices and coffee service. Dinner served from the menu to choose from - starter, first course, second course and dessert. Drinks are charged extra. We can eat all our meals inside the restaurant or in the garden. You can use the bar at the pool, but it is forbidden to eat your own food in the entire hotel, which is inconvenient because everyone sometimes wants to eat a snack during the day. Smoking is not allowed in the hotel. Our room was on the 2nd floor and was reasonably quiet - although with the window open there was some street noise. The room has a very comfy bed. Cleaning was daily. Free toiletries. Convenient cashless payment system. The nearest beach is very nice. From the description it appears that the hotel offers a shuttle service to it. We didn't use it, because we had our own car (the hotel offers free parking). There is a large super market in front of the hotel. There is a gas station underneath the hotel, but it is currently under renovation. The hotel is very well represented in the pictures. It looks the same, it is not a distortion.

The shower could have been bigger. I think the safe is payable (or I couldn't handle it) The inconvenience of the wedding that took place on the last day of our stay - limited hours of using the pool - despite their observance, the wedding guests entered the garden early and watched in their clothes I sunbathed. It was very inconvenient for me and it forced me to go back to the room. We got information about the event a few days before arrival. The price of our stay for that night has not changed.

The breakfast was great, the room was simple but spacious and clean, the staff were very friendly.

The hotel has a policy that means you’re not allowed to take an iron to your room - we had to iron our clothes in the luggage storage room every evening in front of other guests, this really reduced the quality of our stay. The location is a little remote but with a car it’s fine. You can’t have glassware by the pool, only plastic cups. This was disappointing having paid full price for a drink to have to sit on the terrace.

The pool was great lots of space.

The Location and lack if entertainment. there was bo atmosphere in the hotel. This is not the place for young people to vacation.

The breakfast was amazing and specially the fresh Cappuccino. All the staff were helpful and cheerful , specially the receptions staff whcih recommednde us the best restaurants to visit. Parking space is adequate for all visitors. 3-4 Km away from Old City.

We rented a car during our visit but I believe using the bus would waste time and using taxi ( we tried it once) was too much expensive. Ground Floor rooms donot have balcony which is needed to dry our bathing suits.

Staff - Roberto was absolutely fantastic every morning. It seemed that they were understaffed during the day sometimes, but I guess it was just the start of the season so that's normal. Apart from the location, it was a great hotel, kind and accommodating staff and great facilities (gym, pool, room, balcony, bars etc).

The price of things in the hotel was absolutely ridiculous, and there is no supermarket nearby. I paid 4e for a can of diet coke. That's more expensive than Dublin. An Aperol spritz was 10e (I think) and a local beer was 5e. The food was okay but completely overpriced, and I genuinely don't understand why. I remember a microwaved margarita pizza was 10e. Other than that - it was a great hotel, but you do feel robbed if you have lunch or dinner there. Also - you have to rent a car, a taxi into Olbia is about 20-30e, buses come once an hour and it costs 1.50 into Olbia.

Polite, professional staff. Always willing to help or give information with courtesy and a smile. Towels were plentiful and housekeeping staff amazing. Restaurant and servers were always present and friendly greeting us with a smile and a happy 'Buon Giorno'. Breakfast was American style buffet with large variety of choice.

Location. A little isolated in the industrial zone.
