Large room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, working AC and other basic necessities (hair dryer, iron, iron board). Also available to use (we didn’t) are washer and dryer and swimming pool.

On the morning we are leaving (oct 15) the young woman behind front desk shows her displeasure when she had to open the nearby restroom for is ( we had already returned the key to her room). Frowning is unnecessary. Otherwise all other front desk personnel are friendly and helpful.

Very Nicely Remodelled and Upgraded .. Great Central Location. Price was phenomenal. Staff was ALL very friendly and accommodating. Pool and Hot Tub were clean and refreshing. Breakfast was delicious and nice in the morning. Property was well lit at night. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel was very quiet. Excellent place to stay for a week. I highly recommend this hotel and when I return to the area to visit this is where I will be staying.

The hotel was small and that's good. There was less noise than with larger hotels. It was very clean. The spa and pool were in great repair. Morning breakfast was good. Lots of choices. The online photos show you exactly what you can expect.

Our room was almost perfect. We only had two problems. The first was the heater/air conditioner. It was loud. We got used to it. The second problem was the bed. Every time we moved the frame made crackling and scraping sounds that frequently woke us up. In addition, the pillows were not comfortable. We let the front office know that and they said they would check it out right away. The only other comment I'll make isn't the hotels problem. It isn't in the best part of town. If you're looking for an upscale neighborhood, this isn't it. However, it was close to where we needed to be.

Pleasant to walk into the lobby. ADA room just around the corner from lobby. Room was large, spacious, wonderfull bathroom with full roll in shower with easy slide barn door on the bathroom entrance. Bed was enormous, extra long and extra wide king, very nice! Air conditioning worked well and was fairly quiet. Room had 9 ft. ceilings and this made the room seem even larger. Slatted blackout window coverings worked just fine for us. Added bonus: they offered an unexpected cold breakfast of stuff like bagels, cream cheese, yogurt, fruit and other stuff. It was good.

This room was very comfortable and very clean. I was able to see my car from my window. I had good access to my room from were I parked my car. They do have a refrigerator and kerig but no microwave. The bed was okay. The pillows were fluffy. The shower had good water pressure and the water stayed hot the whole time. I had a really nice stay.

It would've been nice if the room had a microwave. The breakfast was okay. I don't eat a big breakfast so the options they had were good.

Convenient location for driving to my meetings. The bed was comfortable. They were generous with the k-cups in room. Housekeeping was excellent, cleaning and replacing towels each day. Desk staff very friendly.

I would have liked a little more variety for breakfast. I enjoy hotels that have a hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage. During the week, I had a hard boiled egg with peanut butter toast. My wife had an egg with bagel & cream cheese.

Clean.. remodeled..off street safe parking.. quiet ..close to our event..breakfast was continental..rolls juice coffee yogurt..nothing too great...however.. Keurig in room coffee maker and Paul Mitchell toiletries..comfy bed.

Best to not advertise it as a breakfast... Continental breakfast would be a better description.... ice machine..was empty both times we tried to use it..otherwise all good!! Recommend.

Everything was wonderful about the stay. The only thing I would give a negative on is that the room had no microwave oven even though it had a mini frig. Of course there was a mic in the dining area. Disappointed that I couldn’t enjoy the food I brought with me without going down stairs to heat it up.

A new facility, clean and convenient location. Wonderful and helpful staff.

Breakfast buffet was a surprise as I had read several reviews indicating it was no longer happening, and it was not advertised or listed on the website. Rooms were very nice, well equipped, clean. Shower had lots of hot water, fridge worked, TV had lots of stations, and the room had a safe.

Location could have been better. Nothing much close by, and I would not want to walk around the neighborhood at night. The coffee pods that came with the Keurig were quite stale and tasteless.

The beds were super comfy! The check in process was seamless and our room were very clean. Overall, we really enjoyed our room and the location. Would recommend this hotel if you are stayingin the Mesa area.

The breakfast was okay. We got there one hour before the end of breakfast and many items were completely gone. We were hoping for some hot items such as waffles, eggs, etc. It was mostly bagels, pastries, some cereal and fruit.
