Nice welcome, lovely comfortable and quiet room, huge bed, clean and modern bathroom, good choice at breakfast, lots of parking and only 5-10 mins walk to town. All the staff we met were very pleasant.

The breakfast room was a little cold. Lack of a bar in the hotel. You can use the hotel next door which was expensive in our view and the bar wasn’t particularly welcoming. That said it’s close to town so not an issue for us to walk out. You can also eat in their restaurant next door but we can’t comment on that as we didn’t try it.

Hotel is new and had only opened a month or so before we arrived, so everything was nice and clean and shiny. Staff very friendly and helpful, and politely tolerated my appalling French for a while before asking whether it would be easier speaking English. Hotel seems to be part of the adjacent Abbaye hotel complex and so guests have access to the very pleasant bar and restaurant at that hotel. Room was big and comfortable. Location is ideal, only about 10 min walk into the historic town centre.

Only complaint would be that the location isn't visible or signposted from the main road (Quai de Verdun), possibly just because it's so new and they haven't put any signs up yet. We drove past once and couldn't find it and it wasn't until I eventually decided that I'd have to go to the Abbaye hotel and ask if they could direct me to the Dali that I realised it was immediately adjacent, and shared the same car park even - so if you are trying to find the Dali, turn in by the signs to the Abbaye hotel/spa place.

Friendly helpful staff. Superb facilities. Great room, spacious, spotless - opened March 2024 so brand new and looked it. Loved the decor. Bathroom super, shower we wonderful, bed very comfortable, efficient air con. Kettle in room - hooray! Complimentary drinks in most public spaces. Lovely pool. Didn't use the spa. Nice meal in garden restaurant - pork confit was delicious. Breakfast superb with lots of choice including fresh apricots apples and peaches as well as fruit salad. A really super place at a great price.

Nothing we didn't like.

The hotel has a very interesting design, the breakfast was good and the breakfast serving staff smiling and welcoming.

The waiting time for dining at the restaurant was very long. It took half an hour just to come and take our order and then another half an hour to bring us the appetizer which did not require any cooking, so we practically started eating more than one hour after being seated. The staff could have been better organized, as they did not attend to people in order of arrival.

We just loved the hotel which was very comfortable and had a relaxed ambience and amazing decor.

Unfortunately we had to change rooms on the second evening. My wife tried to use the hair drier and as she switched it on it fused all the electricity for the room. The reception desk responded immediately and were quick to arrange for us to change rooms, but it was not the nicest experience

The hotel's facilities and comfort are excellent. The breakfast is wonderful and the location is very central. The promptness and attention of the receptionist, who helped me change rooms during the night.

Not having been informed about covered parking, despite having asked about it. I believe that I was served with kindness in general by the receptionists, except upon arrival, when I did not find a kind or welcoming environment.

Brand new, younger/hipper, and cheaper annexe of the more stately Abbaye des Capucins. Good size room. Nice thick towels and quality bedding. Quiet.

Blandness of a conference/business hotel. Breakfast was disappointing. Hard to find entrance from street (shared with Abbaye des Capucins).

Booked the hotel last minute at a very reasonable rate. Family room was clean, spacious and had great views (5th floor) Breakfast was excellent and the staff all very friendly. Free parking too. Hotel is 5 minute walk from the centre of town. Would highly reccommend heading to the Place Nationale for either lunch or dinner. Huge square, great architecture and restaurants.

New modern hotel, a short walk from the center. Free private parking. Adjacent reasonably priced bistro. Attractive common areas, rooftop with view. Spacious quiet room with comfortable king sized bed, big TV and efficient climate control. Best bathroom of our trip. Very good breakfast.

Hard to find in the rain and with deviations!

Large room, kitted out to a high spec with a huge comfortable bed. Free pastries and fruit at reception and a large roof terrace with free hot drinks, perfect for watching the sunset.

The breakfast didn’t quite meet the quality of other 4 star hotels we’ve stayed in, particularly the hot items ( which weren’t hot)
