The room was excellent with a comfortable bed , the bathroom was also excellent but the water licking was there all the time. The staff at the fornt desk did not offer the little bag wit a toothbrush and toothpaste that was supposed to be given until I asked. The location is excellent in Santa Fe.
The front desk person was not nice , even a bit rude. Also they charge for parking the car inside the hotel´s parking lot and is not cheap , I think that should be included if you are already paying for a room.

Excellent location for business travelers with their meetings in the area. It is a long way from Polanco or Reforma just take that into consideration. Hotel is good, breakfast is solid. Personnel is very attentive and fast. Well organized as a whole.
Attention to detail in the mornings. Various times coffee got served cold.

Great value for money . while there are better options in the area, there are much more expensive. this is a very good option on a lower price and still great location
the room while large (until the suite) had a very small desk for a business traveller such as myself. the TV set was in a place that I almost hit my head on it a few times

It's a nice-looking hotel for a cheap price—an excellent location in Santa Fe—nearby restaurants, parks, and shops.
The valet Parking staff is insulting. The hotel staff is also not very helpful. The beds are uncomfortable for a "4-star" hotel.

The location and that the hotel is pet friendly
The staff was not very friendly. For example, I had asked the reception for a bottle of water as housekeeping didn't place one, and they said that because I had drank the one bottle already placed in my room the day before, I was not allowed to have another complimentary bottle. The first I have heard from hotels in Mexico.

Great hotel for the price in a nice area. Walking distance to the mall and multiple restaurants. Staff are very friendly. Nice sitting area to enjoy a cup if coffee with a nice city view.

The breakfast was very good and varied.
The only observation we have is that when we take a shower the water comes out under the shower room door. It's a defect in the bathroom floor. Everything else was very good.
