Wish I had more time. Hotel is surrounded with stores and restaurants. Loved walking in my room where it was nice and cool already. The bed was really comfortable and loved the sheets. Cool feeling and the pillows were nice. Just wanted to snuggle up. Having the restaurant right in the hotel was great. Arrived late and needed dinner and didn’t feel like driving around looking for a place. 2nd night after sightseeing we were tired so we ordered a pizza from the same restaurant and brought it up to our room. So convenient and food was great. The breakfast is outstanding. So many choices . Didn’t get to use the pool. It looked nice

The price tag. I could’ve went somewhere else but after reading reviews I decided not too go there and just pay the price

they were able to accommodate early check in without an early request. Large breakfast area accommodating even a tour group with filling breakfast options. Indoor heated pool with tall ceiling so it wasn't loud. Indoor AND outdoor hot tubs. Arcade for kids. close to all the big box shops and restaurants while only being 10minutes from downtown. Rooms were spacious, well organized and VERY clean!!! This hotel also had multiple elevators throughout the building so you didn't want to use the main one of it were busy or far from your car. Every employee that I ran into throughout my stay were extremely accommodating and friendly (reception, maid service, service men, breakfast/dinning crew) all were amazing!!! This hotel was also able to accommodate a next day reservation check in when my other hotel cancelled the night before I was supposed to check in. Overall a great experience and we will be only staying at this hotel when we come to holland from here on out!

Lack of parking on busy tulip time festival week. On a normal week there would be plenty of parking I think however.

Clean rooms, for being pet friendly, it didn't smell like pet hair, nor could you see pet hair in the room. Pool and game room was fun, breakfast was great, very friendly and helpful staff.

Ordered a room with 2 queens and a pull out couch. Only got a room with 2 queen beds. Tried to give it our best with our party of 5, with 3 kids to one bed. But by midnight I ended up on the floor so everyone else could sleep with 2 to a bed. Longest night ever. Not really the hotels fault, as im sure they clean it daily, but the pool had MANY little clumps of hair. Someone's hair was having a bad day in the pool, picking someone else's hair out of the water was super gross.

Good location, rooms were clean, staff was friendly, nice place

The pool area was out of control, kids with pool noodles smacking the water in the pool and hot tubs, floats from the beach,teenage boys playing football, diving off the sides, complete free for all. We informed the front desk they said they would take care of it but we left the pool area. In your staffs defense the parents of most of the kids were sitting at the tables on their phones, I guess you may need a pool monitor because the parents that night didn’t care what was going on.

Beautiful hotel close to everything we needed. We were happy to see the bar/restaurant and the swimming pool was viewable from the bar. They are pet friendly which was great for us, although the pet fee is pretty expensive…$75. On top of the room fee, you’re at $200 a night on a weeknight. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Nice tiled area around the bathroom, decent carpeting. Comfortable beds, pillows. Clean. Breakfast buffet was super nice. Yummy!!

We liked pretty much everything. Just thought the pet fee was a bit outrageous. I generally pay between $10-15.

My kids absolutely LOVED the pool and arcade!! We also loved having the restaurant right in the hotel. The hours for the pool were longer than usual and that was great too! The breakfast had many options which was wonderful. However, the warm items were not that great. The eggs and bacon tasted fake. But everything else was really good. The breakfast hours were also longer than I’ve experienced at other hotels so that was an added bonus!

The air conditioning was very loud when it came on, but nothing we couldn’t sleep through and didn’t bother telling the staff. Although I know they would have helped out if they had known.

The pool was large and the two hot tubs were great for the increased traffic due to the holiday. Room was decent get but not stocked well.

There wasn’t much management in the pool area/lounging areas around. People would leave items to reserve and not be there for hours. Would be nice if management stepped in. There were also posted activities for kids in the mezzanine that weren’t actually there. That was one of the main reasons we stayed there for New Years.

Everything went well.

There was some confusion with the billing. We checked out when the nationwide computer system was down Friday 7/19/24. No receipt until we were home in Chicago. Then we got 2 bills - each a different price. I had no idea room rates fluctuate daily. This invoice was corrected and explained to me over the phone by Mara on Sat 7/20/24.

My room had a relaxing view of trees and a fountain. The common eating area is open and spacious. It's a big Atrium style room. Having a restaurant and bar right downstairs was a plus as well as patio and pool.

I don't like any smoking out front even if they are 20ft from the front door. They turned off the water from 11am to 1pm the next day but only got the news upon arrival. There was no email when I booked. But Im sure it was an isolated incident.

Very clean. Walk in shower with a pull down shower head. Tall bathroom stool. Bed was comfortable. Could see a fountain from our room. It was quiet. Tv had a lot of choices.

TV guide was a little confusing. At times. It would list a show, but once you selected it, the show that appeared was not the one listed. Wish they had real eggs at breakfast. But other than that, it was really great.
