Very, nice and friendly staff. We had a really good time and had an amazing cooking class with a wonderful chef who took us to the local market. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and swimming in the sea.

It is a bit tired and could do with some renovations (tiles in the pool are coming off). The staff was super friendly but the kitchen service was extremely slow. The beach is beautiful in principle but there is so much rubbish, it’s heart breaking. We wondered if it wasn’t possible to invite guest to help clean up the beach (perhaps for a free meal or so) - we would have done that.

The resort is right next to the beach. Comfortable seating and laying options at the pool and beach. Feeling of privacy with small apartments. Free stuff to do, like surfboards, gym, archery, bikes. Friendly staff at the restaurant many and options.

Restaurant makes solid food but nothing extraordinary. If you look in detail at the hotel you find some points that need improvement. Some bikes were broken, part of the pool was closed off, plastic foil the beach (I guess to keep the sand from beeing washed away), beach bar closed, Reception is far away (especially for check out)

We love the breakfast buffet and the employee's service so much. We could not try all of the breakfast because they serve so much different kind of breakfast offers including Vietnamese and Western. The employees are so nice and supportive when we needed any help. They tried their best to serve us as fast and much as they could. When we asked for changing room because of the outside toilet and mosquito, they took us to choose another room. Or they repaired the internet problem so fast even though the weather was stormy. We will come back to the resort every time when we visit Vietnam and Long Hai.

The inside of room is well equipped, but need to be renovated. We would like to see everything in room in the best condition. We wish the hotel also offer dinner buffet similar as breakfast buffet so that we did not have to go out every night for dinner.

So much to choose from. Big Buffet that included 10 different dishes everyday, Bacon,Sausages and a Cooking station, which offered different kinds of Vietnamese soups,Omelets and many kinds of Eggs. The Staff was very helpful with all the things we asked for. The Resort restaurant was good and lots to choose from. The cleaning staff, did a fantastic job with our room everyday, during our 9+6 days stay. We booked for 9 days and decided to stay another 6 days, as we were enjoying our stay. Great massages, and even lifeguards all the time at the Swimmingpool

The streets outside the Resort is a mess, due to construction of a big hotel adjacent to the Resort. Lots of trucks and workers, driving around and the pavement is non existent all the way into nearby Town. Im sure they have fixed it in near future. We had to walk on the road and didn`t feel safe, due to traffic

We stayed in a 2 bedroom pool villa. It was beautiful! The villa was so clean and bright and lots of space. The kitchen was well equipped although we only used the fridge. The outside space and the pool were lovely with an amazing view! The beach is kept very clean which isn't always the case for Vietnam. The whole resort is beautiful with lots of flowers. Even though it's been a very hot dry season this year, it's clear efforts have been made to keep the grounds looking and pretty as possible. The pool area is very clean and the gym is very small but nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant. We didn't have high expectations because of many of the reviews. It was really quiet when we went at around 7:30 despite the resort being quite full. We only ordered from the vietnamese side of the menu - the food was delicious and good sized portions. It was also good value considering it's a hotel. I would definitely recommend the local options! Some reviews say the resort is isolated but living in Saigon, it's great to be somewhere quiet! There are a couple of small shops just outside the gate if you need more water or beers. Lastly, we loved all the birds by the pool, the frogs at night and the adorable cats!

The breakfast was very disappointing. Breakfast is from 6:30 - 10:00 and whilst we did go later, at 8:30 and 9:00 during our stay, almost none of the food had been replenished, a few dishes did get replaced by not many and not quickly. The vietnamese dishes, were nice when available. There is an omlette and pho station but the quality of the breakfast really let's the hotel down. There is a small beach bar....without an drinks. All the drinks come from the pool bar and take a while to arrive. It makes no sense as there is a fridge and bar set up. It would be a really nice space if it was actually a bar...

Breakfast is good with ample of dishes, except the bread and croissant are not good at all. The pool has a bit too much chemical but Mr. Hung at the pool is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are close together and have a connection door for the children to move to the parents' room. The beach is quite private as there's no other resort next door, and the beach is located in a small bay with no other access. In addition, across the street within walking distance is a local restaurant which serves good food at acceptable price, and the staff are very friendly. We had 4 meals in the same restaurant.

The second day I was awaken during the night by the heavy noises on the ceiling: knocks, scrapes, etc. I presume the noises were caused by the rats or cats on the ceiling. The resort should check the roof to make sure no animals can reach onto the ceilings. The pool has a bit too much chemicals

The pool was great with plenty of sunbeds. Very tidy and clean with a lot of staff. The breakfast spread was really good with something to suit all tastes

We originally booked a small bungalow with private courtyard and external bathroom but within 10 minutes of arrival had swapped to a poolside studio as the original accommodation felt very restricted. The new room was great When we were there the resort was not busy so there was no real atmosphere and the bar was mostly empty

Everything. Australians travelling to Vietnam, perfect location for our first week to relax and enjoy the facilities. Yes it is 2hrs from Saigon but worth it. Beautiful grounds and accommodation with exceptional staff. Extremely friendly and really go out of their way to get to know us and try out their English.

The bath, unfortunately just be careful getting in and out 😂

Only 2 hour drive from Saigon, which is very good! Very quiet and peaceful premise. Good facilities as the resort has just been renovated after covid. Clean room, large toilet and bathroom with large bathtub. New air-conditioners. The pool has little chemical, thus very good for kids. Breakfast has many options and well cooked. Beaches are clean and very private (no other nearby resorts). Staff at the pool are very friendly and helpful. The location is good as it is within walking distance to local restaurants with good food and acceptable prices.

The vienoiseries (croissant) are not at standards. The bungalows are on the hills and we need to walk up-stairs, thus we do not recommend them for old people, despite buggy cars are available upon request.

It is an older style resort with plenty of space. Very charming. Not a faceless modern standard property built with space efficiency and corporate standards in min. The beach is pretty nice for this area.

The area doesn't cater much for international tourism. Hence it is very difficult to find nice western style coffee shops or restaurants in the vicinity of the Hotel. Food and beverage selection as well as service in the resort is fine but at the same time nothing to write home about.
