The customer service here was better than any hotel we have ever stayed at. Multiple times we encountered different staff members who went out of there way to make sure we were having a good stay and didn’t need anything. My children were given treats while waiting for their waffles at breakfast. When in the room, we always check sheets before getting in bed, not only was it fresh sheets, but the baseboards were dusted! Very clean and very accommodating! The room could have been not great and I still would recommend everyone stay here as the staff goes above and beyond! 1000 out of 10! Great work Quality inn!

Absolutely nothing.

It is a great value. Clean,great breakfast, and comfortable beds. I've stayed in the more expensive and more well known options Close to the freeway. They are really not better than this property enough to warrant the other properties' much higher cost.

The building is a little dated. Our room was by the pool and there was a strong smell of chlorine in our room as a result. The only other negative is it is in the middle of town, so not close to the freeway. If you want to drive in to town though, you will find a clean, comfortable great priced room

Very clean, check out was quick, the bear theming was adorable. Staff was very nice and helpful, and this will definitely be my new go to hotel when using the I-70 to get across Utah. Extra: It was super nice to go to black bear diner right there after a long drive.

The scent of cleaner was still in the air when we got there but I would rather a clean hotel that smells like cleaner for the first hour than a dirty hotel so I’ll take it.

Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast consisted of a variety of food items--hit foods, huge cinnamon rolls, waffle makers, parfait maker with toppings to create your own, juices, cereal, etc. The employee was a very hard worker. She made sure there was plenty of food items available at all times. She made sure that the tables were cleaned after use. I really liked her positive behavior. She was a wonderful hostess. Also, the check-in staff at the front desk were pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The lobby was clean and inviting.

Upon entering the door at the side of the building where my room was located, I immediately noticed the stained carpet. The side door didn't seem secure but it did latch when I pulled hard on the door. While my room was relatively clean, the baseboards and walls could have been cleaner. Other than that, the hotel was quite nice.

The staff was friendly and fast. The room was spacious and clean overall. They give you complimentary water and snacks, which was nice from them. The place is close to restaurants (even walking distance) and it's on the main street of the city (I guess?!). Very easy to move around. Parking is free and there is plenty of it.

Not something I didn't like, but there is no elevator so make sure you get a first floor room if you can't take the stairs with your luggage (we did not have any problem, but might be useful to somebody).

I saw a lot of negative reviews and I must conclude that these people were just nitpicking. The staff was very friendly and helpful,the bed was comfy and the sheets were soft. The property showed a little wear and tear but overall it surpassed my expectations, especially for the price and location. Bonus points when I discovered that my parents had stayed there three days before we did,and they are much pickier 😂

We were flabbergasted at what a wonderful breakfast they offered at such a reasonable price. Hot eggs, meat, biscuits and gravy, sliced bananas, waffles and attached staffed kitchen. 2 kinds of pastries.

For being so cold outside (low 40s) you wouldn't expect a complaint about the heat. But we turned on the heater and it never shut off. Probably due to the cold draft coming through the unsealed window and blowing in over the thermostat.

The lady at the front desk (I believe her name was Chantel?) was amazing! She was able to check us in a little early, gave us our choice of available rooms and answered all of our questions about the hotel and the surrounding area. She even gave me her take on visiting and fishing at the local lakes, streams and rivers I asked her about. She was a super nice and attentive, and a huge asset to the hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable and conveniently located close to the town's main street, and not far from the freeway.

The room was inviting and super clean. Nice towels. Very comfortable beds and lots of pillows. Many channels on the TV. Had read online reviews of places to get breakfast and they we not very positive so we decided to eat at the motel and it was a great choice. Fresh hot sausages, make-your-own waffles, hot eggs and english muffins to toast. Coffee was decent enough and orange juice rounded out our meal. A helper was constantly making sure nothing ran out. Just perfect!

Can't think of one thing that could have been done better.
