View to the beach and beach accessibility was amazing. Great bonus facilities - gym equipment was in good condition, pool was warm and tennis courts were good too. Ladies at the front desk were very nice.

Shower in one bathroom needs new glass frame - sliding door fell out while one of our family members was in it. There was a fire alarm one late evening during our stay, but you could hardly hear it on the 10th floor - we thought it was a different building. Husband downstairs to investigate and came back to say it was our building, but the alarm was only going off on the ground floor. No-one came to tell us where to go, no-one notified us it was safe to return, but the worst was that no-one told us to evacuate either. There was no messages over the intercom. Husband called the out of hours intercom and the woman didn't seem to know what he was talking about.

Fantastic location across from the beach and walking just metres from shops and restaurants. Could not fault the staff! Very friendly both before and during stay. Accommodations were made to allow me to keep my car parked onsite after checkout while I spent the morning with family. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

It is quite dates and the age is shown through marks on walls, carpet and the grout in the tiles. However everything works well and still comfortable. The plates/bowls in my room weren’t microwave safe which was a slight inconvenience.

The room was very dusty. Carpet looked it had not been vacuumed. My partner has allergies so this was a problem for us.

The position of Ocean plaza resort is excellent, very nice place with shops and restaurants just meters away you can park your car and walk to everything. The apartment we stayed in was very nice, very spacious with two bedroom and two bathrooms, just awesome, a little bit tired in some parts but overall great. the views area amazing. Looking at the design of the building I'm thinking every apartment has amazing views. Amazing place to stay.

What we didn't like? Like I said the property is located in a fantastic position, cannot fault it in anyway. Just needs more relaxed management, they are not the most approachable team, the nine o'clock exiting on your last day is very unfair with penalties if you over stay by the hour, I really don't want to go any further. Let's say I'm not a fan of the management.

The view was spectacular! The apartment had everything we needed. A full kitchen, a full laundry, comfy couch, TV with lots to watch if you wanted, 2 bathrooms. Excellent. And the pool and spa were amazing. Oh, and did I mention the VIEW?!!! ❤️

I’m finding it hard to think of anything we didn’t like! Maybe having a bit more laundry powder and dishwashing liquid available. We purchased some but didn’t need it all so left it for the next guests. Hopefully the cleaners left it there for them.

The perfect position for a holiday, Wether adults only or as a family. Connected to the strand shopping centre made it easy to get groceries, kids entertainment at game zone, beauty services and heaps of food choices. Across from the beach and pub directly underneath along with lots of restaurants and icecream shops and surf club. Unit was full refurbished and had all that was needed for comfort. Aircon and unit 43 had all new appliances Great view from all rooms, unfortunately the spa wasn't working but was still warm, pool is good sized. Games room was disappointing and the gym needed a permission slip to enter. The position of this apartment was the winner for us. Being able to access all shops via private entrance without using our car at all for the 3 days we stayed.

The spa wasn't working the 3 days we were at the apartments, other guests also couldnt get it to work- the reception said it was working. Checkout strictly 9am Games room disappointing Gym not available without seeing reception and signing a form

We absolutely loved our stay at Ocean Plaza Resort. It was the most relaxed we have been in a very long time. Everything was handy and nearby - beach across the road, restaurants, shops, amenities underneath. The WIFI was awesome. Staff were really lovely to deal with. Secure carparking, never waited for a lift, extremely quiet from outside nose as well as other apartments. An all round fantastic stay. The view was to die for - whales swimming past!

The mattress in the main bedroom may be a little old and may need replacing. It had a huge dip in the middle so we filled it with 2 pillows to stop rolling into each other.

Wekk. Could hear the Ubit next to mine always when they had the tv on. and unit right above could hear the chairs scrapping when they sat or moved in them sliding on the floor. Plus there was no Pen in the Unit to fill out the Guest book

Excellent location with view of pool and beach. Well stocked kitchen. Clean and well appointed furnishings. Loved being so close to the beach.

There is no air conditioning in the main bedroom, with the temperatures in the 35-38C, and the sun beating down on the windows for the better part of the day, it was unbearably warm for sleeping. There is air conditioning in the main room, but did not get into the main bedroom because of the layout.

I loved how modern and clean the apartment was. The view, location, convenience from apartment to the strand and beach. Loved the pool n spa too. Best apartment in Coolangatta. Definitely coming back. Wished I could of afforded two weeks stay instead of one week. Just loved everything.x Thankyou
