The wellness area / spa were very good. Clean, modern-ish and with an adequate selection. Also the opening hours were very good.

The food was disappointing. Firstly there was at least one case where it wasn't on the plate what was on the signs. But overall it was average. The "rosa gebratene Rinderhüfte" was in fact "Rinderbraten", nothing medium-rare but long simmered. The gratin was burried in sauce, the Kohlrabi not cooked through. The buffet offers something for every taste, but you could taste convenience food..

I have been staying in this hotel for a regular business trip for more than 20 years and I am always happy to go back. Breakfast is generous. The pools are very nice. This time I had car trouble and the reception staff went out of their way to help with phone calls and finding me some help.

The internet connection in the room was a bit unstable. Sometimes it worked very well for an hour and then dropped me out. And I always hope to have a kettle in the room

Great breakfast and dinner. Great pool and Spa facilities . Wonderful view

Got different rates from different staff when we wanted to extend one night which was confusing us. And my parents were charged for parking even they had no car. For children, a small playground would be nice.

Very nice and clean hotel. Friendly and very professional staff in the restaurant. Perfect dinner (al a cart) and breakfast. Lovely wellness area.

Vast spa area with 3 saunas and 3 pools, very good breakfast - good quality and bountiful, nice staff, good cleaning service, pretty nice gym for a hotel

Fridge works only when one is at the room - card has to be placed in a switch in order to keep electricity work, no kettle in the room, no drinking water in the room even at the begining of the stay, air conditioning globally set for 25C and there is no possibility of adjusting it individually, worn out bathroom, small beds with a bit too soft mattresses, small parking lot
