The breakfast and Happy Hour meals were a great bonus. Having In/Out parking without having to pay for a valet was also nice. Our room was very spacious and came with nice amenities. The view was also great.

There is only 1 bank of elevators and they had issues all weekend. They did have a security person help with manually getting us up and down on our final day. I also called once I arrived home to get my bill sent to me and the front desk abruptly put me on hold, then after being on hold for over 5 minutes it hung up on me. I then called back and the person working said he was the only one working and seemed irritated that I booked through a 3rd party and had to get my email. The rest of the stay the front desk and staff were very friendly.

I liked everything about this place. The staff, especially Martha at the front desk, was friendly, knowledgeable and always took the time to greet us when we arrived “home”. The hotel was very clean and we always felt safe. The elevators had a floor to the Riverwalk which was convenient. Our rooms were a decent size, the beds were comfortable and had nice bed linen. The amenities the hotel provided were exceptional: three free drinks per person each night and a very generous selection of hot hors d’ oeuvres. Edith, a supervisor overseeing the evening food offerings, was always restocking the food and wiping down the buffet areas. There was a hot breakfast every morning with eggs, sausage, waffles, various breads and a full assortment of beverages. I would highly recommend the Drury Inn and Suites to anyone who is looking for a wonderful hotel on the Riverwalk.

The shower was a suspended hand-held model. As a short person, it was difficult for me to reach to adjust it. The carpet in the guest rooms could use updating.

The staff was very courteous and attention to our needs. Check in was at 3:00, the funeral was moved to 4:00, instead of 6:00., our plane landed at 12:55 so I called the hotel and asked about early check in due to the unforseen circumstances we was in. She was quick to tell me to head straight there because she was going to have housekeeping clean a room for us., she then found out there was already a room cleaned and ready for check in., without hesitation she booked that room for us, we went straight to the hotel and was in that room in minutes. We truly appreciate her effort and quick response to our needs. She truly saved us from having to be late to the funeral. That's what I call, going above and beyond for your customers, she's a keeper and asset to your company. We plan on coming back sometime in Oct or Nov, and will for sure be staying here again, thank you, thank you!!

I can't think of one thing we didn't like.

breakfast was great , the staff was amazing so appreciative of that when traveling with our furry family member the room was small and the bathroom it looked bigger on the images the location to park our car was a little odd as it was hard to locate but after finaly arriving everything was good location was right next to the riverwalk and I could walk my dog which makes the trip so much better and we really had the greatest time thank you for your hospiatality and kindness and great customer service you really went above what was expected

The staff was wonderful. I had my 7 year old son and my 8 month pregnant wife with me. At one point during our stay, one of the elevators needed maintenance, and so they were manually working the one active elevator. My wife was going to take the stairs, but one of the staff said, "Momma ain't taking no stairs," lol. She was very adamant about my pregnant wife not taking the stairs and made sure she was going to get the next ride up. Also, they were just so kind and interactive and especially made my little guy comfortable. That's a plus for me. If my family is happy, I'm a happy man.

The front desk was beyond my expectations!! Really good service! We arrived around 9pm, and we weren't sure if we would stay one more night, the manager at night told us that they had more rooms and if we wanted to stay in the same room we could be there the other night and just let the front desk know. The room was super clean! Bedding clean, and towels clean, they smell good! No noise at night, it had body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispenser, and a partial view of the river. Just the windows outside were dusty. They had a good breakfast, with eggs, potatoes, sausage, bread, fruit, waffles and more. They also offered a really good dinner. We thought it will be just simple snacks, but it was a taco bar, with good toppings, hotdogs, and nachos. With soft drinks. It was beyond my expectations! It was in the river, and had everything close. We definitely will go back!

They didn't mention the 50 dls deposit on the booking app. at least I didn't see that information on booking before the reservation. They told us at the time of check in about it! And they told us that we will see them back in the account in 5 business days. It wasn't a big deal but we weren't aware of that, until we checked in.

Property room, staff and location were great.

Parking garage needs improvements. They can’t do anything about the vehicle height situation but if they could create wider spaces with painted lines it would help tremendously. Someone was parked so close to me that I couldn’t get into my vehicle. Luckily my petite wife was able to barely squeeze in and enable us to move the vehicle. I know I’m not the 1st to complain about this nor will I be the last. I most likely won’t consider staying here again ONLY for the parking situation.

The location was excellent--you can walk out onto the Riverwalk from the lobby if you use your room key. There are tons of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops within walking distance. They also provided free drinks during their happy hour which was lovely. Their parking garage is attached to the hotel which we paid an additional $23 (obviously free would be better but it's leagues cheaper than other hotels in the area). I had left the back window of my car rolled down and the hotel called me to let me know the security guard spotted it. A+ service.

the place was really nice they has breakfast ready in the morning it was so good and the rooms were nice to very clean and big it was nice. and it was secure in order to come inside you need a key card so people who arent supposed to be in the hotel wont be in there and they have a guard at the front anyway it was nice and they have their own garage so you can park in there and not out where people can mess with your car and its right next to the riverwalk

the only thing i didn't like was i was put at the very top floor the hotel is very busy and taking the elevators require more time that id like to admit so unless you want to wait 10 minutes for an elevator your out of luck unless you want to take the stairs but that isn't going to happen. and the room I was at was at the very top floor down the hall it was quite a walk and there was no view either it really sucked

I am amazed that you could provide the nutritious, varied, and delicious breakfast as part of the price of the room, plus snacks and a supper. I enjoyed seeing the families who were able to benefit from these extras. It must have been a big plus for their budgets. Thank you for this gracious gift.

The noise outside our window. In the future I would ask for a room away from the River Walk. I was very disappointed by the crowded River Walk, congested restaurants, Even without the crowds, I saw little value in the River Walk. Everyone told me “you have to go to the River Walk”, and now that I did,I am not sure why. No cafes, no shops, just noisy restaurants. Not your fault!
