The location is excellent. It's very handy to restaurants and Coles is next door. The staff were very helpful and it's great that the front desk is attended to 24 hours a day.

Our room was very dated. The kitchen and it's contents are very basic. I would call it a kitchenette rather than a kitchen. The fridge is a bar style fridge which is too small. The outside table and chairs were quite tired and shabby which didn't encourage us to want to utilise the outside space. The lighting in the bedroom is very dim and the lamps are fitted with cool rather than warm globes, although minor, it didn't make the room feel very inviting. We stayed in a superior room (I think standard describes it better) and it was adequate for 3 nights, however I wouldn't choose to stay again. We've stayed elsewhere in Mooloolaba for roughly the same price point (that's also been in an excellent position) with far better facilities and a lot more comfortable.

The bathroom needs to be better in the tiled floor and the spa bath/show needs to have a non-slip surface as I slipped over getting into the bath area and luckily had one foot on the floor and although I received some bruises and a an painful ankle I survived! As we were an older couple in our very early 70's we would of appreciated a njon slip bath/shower without such a high reach to enter the shower area. Cheers

The hotel was right next to the beach, supermarket and eateries. I did not need a hire car because the taxi trip from the airport was cheap and there was no need to drive around town. The bed was nice and comfortable, the room was large with a mini kitchen, and the two pools were clean. There was a washing machine in the room.

I stayed a week, and it would have been nice if housekeeping came in at least one or twice to take away rubbish and refresh the towels. There were two towels for the pool in a cupboard in the bedroom that I did not notice until the end of my stay. (I could have asked them to do this also so some of that is my fault).

It's a great location, right in the heart of the restaurant hub. What impressed us most was around the pool area are lots of segregated lawn and picnic areas. So good for families. Close to Coles. Bed was also very comfy.

Our fault, but would have loved a room facing the beach. We were off to the side with not such a great view. Should have thought to ask about that.

Nice roomy apartment with a great ocean view. Very friendly staff. Nice pool and excellent location.

The apartment had a plug in, 2 burner hot plate and one saucepan and one frying pan. Not many utensils so couldn't really cook in the apartment. TV screen was broken with a poor picture, didn't report to staff as didn't watch much TV. The pool didn't have many sun lounges so had to wait around for someone to leave to get one or get down very early.

Location lovely; very close to beach, variety of restaurants & shops. Secure free parking. Clean swimming pool, free-to-use BBQs in gardens. Professional, but friendly staff.

Apartment rooms are bright even at night; no blackout blinds. Staff provided a mattress topper after we had a very uncomfortable 1st night. Views of suburbia with distant Glasshouse Mountains, as apartment is in "rear end" of hotel - there was no option to select a room with a sea view during booking process.

There was a lovely balcony and views over beach. The location by the shops was very convenient, and there was everything we needed. The room was fine, well equipped. Having clothes washing facilities was helpful and an iron etc.

At night we could hear people getting in and out of the elevator, the bell disturbed us. The bedroom did not have an openable window, it was a bit stuffy. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, the floor needed a bit of bleach/scrub.

Enjoyed the night market. Overlooking ocean - beach is more sandy further up - the rocks were interesting to explore.

TV was tricky Games room bit creepy but ping pong table and air hockey good fun. Don’t look up - popcorn ceilings. Doing the splits when getting out of the shower (it’s over a big spa bath). Accommodation was a bit expensive.

Fantastic place to stay, staff, facilities and location are great. Very friendly staff, very spacious, clean and comfortable rooms with all the amenities you will need and the location is perfect with restaurants, bars and the beach at your front door and supermarket and bottle shop at your back door. Cannot fault it in any way and cannot recommend it highly enough.

The games room was full of pay to play games. Only free game was table tennis. Given that the room was accessible by key card only it felt cheap and profiteery to have to pay for games such as pool and air hockey. Even the racing games should have been free. I understand the pay to win prizes games costing money but the others felt in poor taste to be charging money for. The only downside to what was an excellent stay.
