The service and personnel here are exceptional! The food is above average as far as all inclusive goes, even in the low season. I was treated like royalty the entire time and everyone was friendly. Big plus that their all inclusive drink menu is quite extensive. You even get a frosted pint glass when you order a beer, none of those tiny plastic cups that you usually get. The cleaning of the rooms and free massage with the all inclusive was also great!

The a la carte restaurant that you can book for free one time during a week stay was not good. I ordered a steak, and it was blue (raw) even though I ordered it medium. A lot of other guests had similar experiences with the restaurant. However, the guest relations lady was absolutely fantastic and I would still consider it a 10/10 AI resort at this price.

Very good location, many nice beaches and restaurants nearby. The hotel is quite and the stuff is very helpful and friendly. Good variety and quality of food.

Cleaning of the rooms could be better. The gym is old. Beach of the hotel is twice more expensive than nearby ones. Water in the shower is cold in the morning. Bad sound insulation in the room.

the staff is really friendly! the room is very comfortable and big.Breakfeast is very good! there are 3 beaches in front of the hotel( two small ones and 1 bigger w stones… there are no shadows so for the umbrella and chairs is 10€ per person and you can seat in the 3 beaches for this price)

Different kinds of food but not quality at all. Cocktails are not good. Best drink wine So, you get what you pay for.

The location is great, right by the beach on one end and the high street on the other. Also just about 20/25 mins to Heraklion Airport or about 45mins by bus. The room was a good size, clean/ modern with good Wi-Fi and streaming options such as Netflix, YouTube etc. I also enjoyed the all-inclusive as some hotels have not so great options, but there was a vast variety and tasty food/ desserts, there were also other options at local bars on the beach for snacks and cocktails in between the restaurant times included within the all-inclusive package. There are many pools onsite with free floaters which was great. The staff were really welcoming and pleasant throughout. They even surprised me with a birthday cake which was so thoughtful! :-D unfortunately we put it in the fridge but forgot it as we had to rush off to catch our flight. I will definitely be back again when I visit Hersonissos, great value for money!

Nothing except unfortunately the spa manager was off sick during my stay so I couldn’t get a massage, but as it was in a busy area I was able to find a local spa for a birthday massage etc. However, the hot tub and sauna were open, but it has to be booked in advance.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean with good selection of food and drinks. Good value for money. Great location!

The hotel is well organised, the staff is welcoming and available. Each section of apartments have its own swimming pool and the restaurant offer a nice variety of food. The location is great as you can choose within 4 little beaches and the evening you can stroll down the cost towards the port, and it's full of shops, restaurants and rental car.

First thing in the morning you have to occupy your sunbed at the pool otherwise you won't find any spots available. At the beaches the costs is pretty high if you want to take 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds for 30 euros, but usually they allow you to stay in any free spots if you find one.

A complex of buildings catering quite a few people. Some buildings are older than others. They cope well at meal times, everyone knows what job they have to do so everything flows smoothly. The food is absolutely fine, there is something for everyone, freshly cooked. There are a few pools mostly small, very disappointing that they allow guests to leave their towels on the sun loungers even though they are still sleeping. We never found room at the main pool. The bars in the all inclusive are really good. The staff in general are all lovely, polite, helpful and hardworking.

The staff! The staff is absolutely amazing. They are always eager to help with a smile! Helena at the front desk, Maria in the lobby bar, Christina in the dining room, they have all made our stay great! Breakfast is great and exactly the same every day and lunch/dinner were varied. Overall, it was really good food. There isn't much variety for vegetarians, though.

Quite a few of the facilities are not operational. The sofa beds are not comfortable! My sons, who are grown up boys and not children, genuinely suffered on the sofa beds. The main bed, however, was super comfy.

It was quiet time of year, and staff was very friendly, and close to beach which was one of the best in the island, foods was always so many selection for different cuisines

With all features and hotel standards, it was very negative to charge extra for beach facilities even if we choose all inclusive option, I found out different businesses did agreement. For families especially kids they were limited features no playground of kids pool, they removed to extend their seating spaces. Overall, I visit again to enjoy 4 different beach close to hotel 2-3 minutes walk all next to each other.

it is the best location you can imagine to be located in the island, the food is very good and bar by the Beach is really where you cultivate all good memories.

at fist, we were not given a good room and we were not happy but the staff were super friendly and helpful and the replacement was a fantastic suite with gorgeous sea-view balcony. I have to say the staff were really helpful and they honestly want to see you happy .
