The motel 6 location works well

My twin sons and I decided to stay 4 nights (till Thurs morning) instead of two nights so the office charged my card a $50 refundable deposit. I went to Walmart at 10 am to get some snacks and cash for the trip home, The boys checked out and waited out front for me to return and we left at 10:45 am on Thursday. On Tuesday Morning when my bank still had not been reimbursed, I called Porterville, the lady said she would call me back after talking to maids at 10am. Sh e did not, so I called again and someone said there was a note saying they are keeping the deposit for smoking weed. Neither twin has smoked anything in their 26 years of life. In March of 2021 I smoked my last cigarette, and I have not smoked pot in over 20 years.

That my deposit has not been returned. It was kept under false pretense. Then when I tried to call the office, the phone was picked up and left on the counter for at least ten minutes with out the attendant speaking to me on the phone. Went again to stay and also tried to resolve this but manager out of country. I don't recommend leaving a deposit in porterville and not having it returned on the spot. Their is dishonesty amongst the staff at least in part at the Porterville motel 6 on Morton.. I would rather spend additional money at a different motel

It was very good for us (a group of 5 friends) to stay in a calmer part of the city of San Francisco. Right in front you will find a long beach (great for surfers or just a leisurely walk) or the Golden Gate Park, which is definitely worth a visit (there you will find a windmill built in the Dutch style, a golf course of course and much more...a great place to relax ). There is also a Safeway grocery store. We had a 3 bed unit (I can imagine a better mattress but everywhere in the US I have noticed the use of a spring mattress which can be really soft but some prefer it)

First thing this go around Two very excellent staff members of the Motel 6 right here in Porterville are Javier and Tina who were exceptional. Briefly I'll say this, I had a situation where my son wanted to play his Xbox and I couldn't dig into the settings to set the TV'S HDMI to operate the Xbox. Tina went room to room and found me a remote that would take care of my issue, Thank you Tina!

I do a lot of doordashing, and so when I come back from my my runs of the orders I complete for doordash my wife tells me that she's got all these sheets that are dirty that we need to change out with some good sheets and that she asked a staff member with those sheets to to supply those sheets for us and she flat out told my wife no I didn't like hearing that but that's where my friend Javier the part of the Motel 6 comes in and he handled the situation he gave me clean sheets thank you Javier

The owner and his staff are the nicest people, they were so friendly and made me feel like I had known them for ever, and the room was so clean and fresh, I would recommend this place to anybody it is my home away from home thank you motel 6 for making me feel so welcome.💕♥️

Everything and everyone, from the moment I got there they were all very friendly and made me feel so welcome I was having a bad day and they could see that I was having a bad day so they did whatever it took to try to put a smile on my face thank you motel 6♥️💕💖

Everyone was nice and very helpful. The housekeepers made sure I had clean sheets and clean towels on a daily basis. They made sure you felt welcomed.

I feel they should provide a small continental breakfast or some coffee in the mornings. O also would prefer if they mopped and swept on a daily basis. My grandchild feet were always dirty while walking barefoot and his feet would then black in the bottom due to the dirtyness kd the floor.

Friendly staff Room was clean. Its not well furnished but for one night its fine if you dont expect much.

We arrived late at 11pm. The light in bathroom didnt work. We used our phonelight in bathroom. We reported that issue next morning and hopefully they repaired the light/ replaced it for the next visitor. The furnish could be more modern. Old desk. The lampshades where old and dusty.

The friendly staff the very pleasant to talk too and all around atmosphere when the cleaning staff are working makes people start there day off correctly.

I had my on line reservation at a lower price and they charged its higher price. I told I had online price which she was looking in my reservation. The third day the lady said my card was declined I paid cash. Then she said the lady from second night charged twice. It's price and on line price. She had to reimburse it's price but just reimburse $38 or dk.
