My room had a modern, functional design. I appreciated the big fridge and the numerous power outlets (including USB ports). Staff were attentive and efficient and they let me do an early check in. The hotel is located in a newer, trendy, safe and walkable area of the city.

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable. My only complaint is that the cleaning staff did not leave water bottles and a laundry bag when I first checked in (but they took care of the issue right away). Other than that, my stay was extremely pleasant.

I am a frequent guess with the Hotel in Guadalajara, and US. I normally have coffee, fruit and/or pastries. I have never been disappointed with the food or the room. Grateful for the free laundry.

I really could not think of anything that I asked for/expected and did not receive. This location is within walking distance of some of the best restaurants in Guadalajara. Could not ask for more.

10 of 10! We don't doubt to come back here again! It is a recently constructed hotel so everything is modern, new. The bed and pillow were super comfy and we slept like a log. I even checked the mattress and pillow brands because I never slept like this much good. The location is quiet and breakfast was very nice.

You might hear some noise from the other residents between the walls. But it's all same wherever you go in Mexico, based on my 4 years of experience here, almost every hotel, house, and building's soundproof construction was poor including 5-star hotels. So actually not really a problem if you aren't a light sleeper. Also, the hotel has to update the room description that none of their room has a bathtub(according to what I confirmed from the receptionist)But this didn't affect my stay a lot and almost everything was nice.

The breakfast was wonderful. The happy hour was a great surprise.

There were many construction sites around the location. These caused excess traffic and noise.

I stayed 16 days with my familly,I had surgery,I didn’t like certain things,they never cleaned the kitchen for us lol and all ther is is fancy Restaurant Close by you have to walk further or take a cab, to find cheaper food.

Great location. Safe parking. Room temperature is monitores in two separate AC units which is very convenient and works silently. Clean rooms. Great pillows and sheets. Friendly front desk and security personnel.

Poor bathroom design. Poor maintenance (the toilet paper holder was broken) Small towels. No help with luggage. Included breakfast was only very early. Food serving personal was a bit rude. Construction noise in the room.

Was in town for an emergency surgery and the location and amenities were perfect. The staff was incredible and supportive of my health issues and went out of their way to make sure my young kids and I had everything we needed during the stressful time.

Breakfast is not that good. Rooms should have extra blankets, on Sunday they don' have maintenance staff on call.

Modern Design, kitchen well enough equipped, free refills for all the essentials like Coffee, etc., very comfortable beds. Lobby and breakfast area has pleasant design. Strong AC. There are some noises from the street but Isolation is good. Amazing and very attentive staff. There was an error with the booking app and we accidentally booked twice at non-refundable rate. They canceled without any hestitation. Als, we had in issue with fruit flies in our room, they got us another room within 2 hours. From Tuesday - thursday they offer free food and drinks in the evening. In the lobby they sell some essentials (even though with a big margin). They offer free parking and free usage of laundry room. Breakfast had lots of fruits and juices, very fresh.

WiFi was spotty sometimes and very slow (5mbps). Would have expected more from a place that caters to business travelers. For breakfast and dinner, they did not declare the food well. E.g. there are scrambled eggs but it is nowhere noted that it contains meat. I had to ask every day about vegetarian options (almost nothing was ever vegetarian) and had to get them as special requests which is inconvenient. Breakfast staff is a bit too eager to remove empty posted. Overall, their cooked food wasn't very good imo. I would be happier if vegetarian were the standard. Also, could offer some essentials like oil, salt and pepper for the kitchen in the rooms.

Good breakfast, the attention of the stuff, the cleaning of the room and the water is free!!
