Of course when something is top quality you expect everything to be up the standard. The cafe Nikki food was nothing more than standard and was quite expensive. The pool gets very crowded at times, and there is very little personality in the decor. I get that it is a chain but why make it exactly the same all over the world. Add some local differences to spice it up a bit. The position is also not great. It is close to the port so for swimming in the ocean not amazing and it is far from the city for work. The world renowned club was closed but due to the off-season.

We visited Nikki Beach in October for a short getaway. When choosing a hotel, we focused on the location and the beach, and we were absolutely delighted with our choice. The hotel is nestled in the new Pearl Jumeirah area, away from the towering skyscrapers and crowded developments. The surroundings are low-rise and peaceful, creating a sense of seclusion that makes you feel as if you've escaped the bustling city of Dubai. The beach is wide and beautiful, with a stunning shoreline perfect for long, leisurely walks. We loved the hotel's intimate, boutique feel — its compact size, spacious and modern rooms, and sleek design make for a refreshing, contemporary atmosphere. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the serene ambiance; it was truly a place where you could unwind and disconnect. The pool was fantastic, offering a chance to cool off in chilled water, and the food was delicious and satisfying. The location was also perfect, with easy access to attractions like the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall by taxi. We would especially like to highlight the professionalism of the team working at Nikki Beach Hotel. Everyone, from the housekeeping staff to the receptionists — and particularly the restaurant staff — was incredibly friendly and highly competent. They were great at engaging in small talk, which made the experience even better. We truly appreciated the professionalism of the team at this hotel. The management has done an excellent job selecting the staff. It's clear that the hotel is very well run. We were thoroughly pleased with our stay and are already looking forward to returning to this hotel for our next visit.

Nothing

From the minute we walked in the foyer we felt welcomed . The breakfast that was offered made my jaw drop just seeing the options and the quality of breakfast was 5 star in itself. The rooms are kept so clean on a daily basis nothing to fault. Then out at the pool /beach area on the sunbeds you have people like Rasool who would lay you a clean towel and then the whole day were taken care by Rasool would offer us drinks food or even shade he would position the umbrella. I felt like a Queen.

What I didn't like?... absolutely nothing.

Excellent beach, clean and comfortable room, kind and polite staff, peaceful and pleasant environment

Absolutely loved Nikki Beach. The hotel and grounds are stunning and the pool area and beach are arguably the best I’ve experienced in Dubai. Room was perfect for my needs with a great sea view - Very clean and comfortable, well stocked, with some great features. Fairly limited options in terms of onsite dining but what is available is very good. The food and drink options by the pool were excellent. The Beach Club was unfortunately closed during my stay due to it being off-season, so can’t comment on that, but all-in-all a great experience and would definitely return.

Only negative is that if you want to get to JBR/Marina/Palm, it’s a bit of a trek depending on when you’re heading down there, but this is a minor inconvenience.

It far exceeded anything I could have imagined. 100% I would recommend this Resort to anyone. There was not one thing I was disappointed in. Above anything was the customer service. Absolutely top!! Every single person!

The hotel team were friendly, the food was delicious and perfect and the atmosphere was peaceful and the vibes of the hotel were good for the purpose we went for it’s a great hotel special occasion 👌🏼😍

Nothing at all.

The service was exceptional. All staff were truly amazing and so kind. An honourable mention to Basiru for his awesome service by the pool. Everything was and felt five star. It’s not a cheap hotel and was a treat for myself for a few days stop over on way from Australia to UK and was worth it. The room was stunning ( was the cheapest one and still amazing!), the bed was huge and very comfy. Good view of the Dubai skyline. Beautiful bathroom products, great room service and “turn down” service every evening. Pool is simply beautiful and you had fresh cold water and ice served to you all day. Beach also very well kept. The breakfast included in the price was Decandent and vaste and probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. All in all a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a bit of relaxation and a treat. Was a solo traveller and felt very safe and comfortable as well as it only being 20 mins from airport. Ps. The Beach Club nearby is not noisy and you barely hear it. However if you book one of the villas you will be much closer so just flagging.

none of the photos show this but it’s right next to a port area and a large construction site. All photos cut this off so you can’t see it. Also if you book a private villa you’ll be much closer to the noise of the beach club music.

A beautiful setting with superb facilities. The balinese massage was everything it was advertised and the spa facilities were lovely - especially the outdoor jaccuzi. The room was lovely and when I mentioned a problem it was sorted swiftly.

The beach staff were variable - most were superb hence the rating but one or two were not. I did ask at least 2 for a cloth to remove guano from my sunbed before giving up waiting and doing it myself with a seashell. Need a taxi to get anywhere
