This place is magical and a little slice of paradise. The French owner, Lionel, was an absolute gem and helped us with booking everything we needed like excursions and transportation. Their Khmer chef is super talented and I even asked her to teach me how to make her mango salad (after I ordered it 4 times in a row! lol It was that delicious). She was wonderful and agreed. My family loved her food so much that we ate at Q more than at outside restaurants which we normally don't do. I'm a foodie and she's fabulous! Besides Lionel and his staff, the pool is the star of this place. It's nestled in the middle of the jungle and you can sit and just listen to all of the wild life around you. You may see a monkey or 10 as well. It's also big enough to swim laps! Individual bungalows are simple, but comfortable and we never even locked our door once we arrived. It felt like staying with family. We brought our two boys and dog from USA and after 2 1/2 months of traveling in Vietnam, I felt like I found heaven in our first Cambodian stay. Highly recommend!!! If you read this Lionel, thank you again so much for your hospitality! We won't forget you or your property! :)

I have zero complaints

The place is really beautiful. The garden, the swimming pool - just perfect. The bungalow was nice and comfortable, you have there everything you need. I also tried some food and it was good :) The location is fine, few minutes walk to the crab market, approx. 25 minutes walk to the beach and few minutes walk to the National Park.

Recommendation - I know it's difficult during the raining season, but the bathrooms should be cleaned more often. Also the bed was not as clean as it can be - I know, it's nature and I am fine with that, but maybe if you clean / wash the mosquito net time to time the bed will remain clean even when you use the fan....because now, when I used the fan or just moved with the net the bed is dirty...

I only stayed one night but would have stayed longer. Really lovely owner who was super helpful booking my onward journey to phu quoc. The property was really quiet at night but well lit so you could find your way to your bungalow. Hot shower with good water pressure. Breakfast was great (with proper butter!) and strong coffee. The pool area was great and very spacious. Thanks for having me!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, I felt very comfortable.

The gardens are beautiful with lots of birds and surrounding wildlife. The property backs onto Kep National Park and from the swimming pool you get a lovely view of the sun going down. Eric the host was so friendly and helped us to arrange a boat trip to Rabbit Island which I would highly recommend at 10$ return, tuk tuks to the beach and the bus depot (2-3$) as well as hiring a moped from them (7$). Everything was made easy for us. The food was homemade and delicious, with prices ranging from 4-6$. We ate there every evening and enjoyed every bite. As a vegetarian I was well catered for. A perfect place to relax and unwind with a pool table, open eating area and all bungalows have a private balcony.

- set in an amazing tropical lush garden, peaceful where you’ll get awaken by birds singing - fantastic service & kind support by the owner to advise what to do, arrange a scooter etc. - great breakfast options including baguette :) - pool area is gorgeous

- the noisy old fan in the wooden bungalow may need replacement soon ;) - cleaning frequency of the shared bathrooms may be increased (apply for the wooden bungalows only- other rooms have en-suite) Other than that, perfect stay and definitely good value for money !

Fantastic property backing onto the National Park. The wooden bungalow is charming. No bathroom or shower for these but there are 2 toilets and 2 showers for the 3 huts so not congested. Other bungalows are all en suite. Pool is stunning. Great lighting in the bungalow which is much appreciated. Lionel the owner is very knowledgeable and helpful and can arrange anything. About 10 minutes to the Crab market and restaurants but recommend a scooter so you can really get out and about.

Comfy place in the foot of a mountain. The owner and staffs were very kind and friendly. Bath room was the shared for my place and it was clean enough. The bangalow provides the minumim facilities, just to stay and relax, for nature lovers. In the early morning, i could meet many monkeys coming down from the mountain, so romantic!

The location is great, backing onto the national park, within a short distance of the beach too. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped us organise our onward travel and a pepper farm tour. Also has a great pool

We had a wonderful stay at Q Bungalows. The owner helped us a lot organizing transport for our next trip! The swimming pool is amazing, you can actually swim in there (approx. 15 m long). Nationalpark is just around the corner! Be aware to bring insect repellent spray - as there are lots of mosquitoes 🦟 Aaaand, the Khmer woman is the best chef, we had the best veggie curry of our life!

The location is absolutely incredible! The bungalows are based in the foothills of the National park which is so beautiful! I even had monkeys playing outside of my room. The property is also just 10 minutes away from the famous crab market and coast. The accommodation was lovely, the pool was great and the food was delicious! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and were always more than happy to chat and give recommendations. I would 100% recommend you stay at Q Bungalows!
