Completely new facility in perfect condition. Spotless cleanliness. Staff was vary polite but Novi the waitress far the best in understanding that whole communication is not only about politeness.

Facility is partly under construction from 9 to 17 every day. Noice from the construction was at acceptable level. I think that the hotel will be more expensive once completely finished. For me it was good value for money altogether. The restaurant is nice but selection of food needs improvement if the hotel wants to attract guests to stay at hotel for dinning.

Everything was spectacular! I would give more than 10 if I could. The resort itself is absolutely stunning! The rooms were massive and clean and had everything you could need. We spent 2 days for my partners birthday and they set up the room beautifully with decorations on the bed and wishes for him. The staff are beyond accommodating and always smiling. We loved everything about our stay there and really wish we could have extended it. Highly recommend if you're looking for a true treat for the senses.

Such an amazing hotel!! I was a little hesitant to book because of the lack of reviews, but I really shouldn’t have been! The hotel is just brand new and that’s why there is a lack of reviews. The area around the hotel is really nice with two pools and beautiful buildings and sunbeds that you can use for free and the rooms are big, new and clean. The beach is beautiful and I really recommend watching the sunset set into the ocean next to a volcano! There are bikes you can borrow to go around the island and an incredible breakfast is included. But most importantly the staff is WONDERFUL! Everyone was so nice to us and always went the extra step to make us feel welcome and taken care of! I got a stomach bug during our stay (not from food at the hotel) and the staff helped greatly with calling a doctor and giving us extra water, but most of all I appreciated that everyone asked how I was doing the next day! Everyone was so so kind. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel and really wanted to stay longer!! Thank you to everyone at Pearl Sunset Resort for making our stay so good!

Be a bit careful when closing the balcony door when you go out on the balcony, it accidentally locked behind us and we didn’t have a key. It was resolved very quickly by us calling to a staff member and someone came to let us out within a few minutes. It could be a single time incident or a problem with the door in just that room, but it is something to consider so it doesn’t happen to someone at a worse time. Didn’t take away from our experience with the hotel or the staff though!

Brand new hotel (opened in 2023), with 2 great pools and amazing local architecture. Excellent staff very friendly and helpful. Large nice room, clean, comfortable with everything needed. Even snacks are provided, great bathroom/ shower. Nice terrace with sunloungers and chairs. About 10-15min bicycle ride to Central/ harbour (far enough from the party noise but close enough at the same time if needed).

One detail I could suggest is to add some sheer curtains on the windows (for privacy especially for the rooms over the pool). Some construction of a top level in progress but did not disturb during the stay. Food of the restaurant could be improved.

Very clean and modern, large room with very comfortable bed. Two beautiful pools both with swim up bars and many sun lounges and bean bags on beach front. Perfect location away from busy party zone with still lots of options around. Staff were amazing. Genuinely attentive, respectful and obliging. Food delicious. Will definitely go back absolutely loved the place.

No happy hour which would encourage many to stay in resort for afternoon or evening drinks. Cocktails were a bit pricey (160-165,000 to) but seems to be a trend for most resorts on the islands.

Rooms
We were upgraded to a Pool View Room, which was such a thoughtful gesture! The Pool View Room has loungers on the balcony—perfect for relaxing in privacy. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was another highlight, it has a wide counter that’s ideal for those who bring a lot of skincare. The shower was well-designed, with no water spilling out—a much-appreciated detail. Amenities
They thought of everthing. There’s a lounge area by the pool, a pool bar, beach loungers, bikes, a spa, and even a dessert spot. Security is also a nice addition. We absolutely loved the spa! Be sure to try the Gua Sha Massage and Body Scrub—it’s such a treat. Location
We personally loved the location. The sunsets by the beach were stunning, and the area was quiet—completely different from the busier port area. However, it’s still conveniently close to outdoor cinemas, restaurants, and warungs. To get around, we opted for an e-scooter for ”romantic” tandem rides by the beach, although regular bikes are also available. Service and Staff
The staff were warm, responsive, and incredibly friendly. Every afternoon, they checked in with guests to see if we needed anything—perfect for requesting extra water or towels. They were also great problem-solvers. We came down with the flu during our stay, and they quickly arranged for a doctor to assist us. On our last night, they surprised us with a farewell cake, and the warm send-off at checkout made us feel truly special. Food and Breakfast
This was one of our favorite parts of the day! The staff were attentive and always checked in to make sure everything was to our liking. Breakfast isn’t a buffet; instead, you choose from a well-curated menu, which we loved. If we wanted a little extra bread or bacon, they happily accommodated us. Selection of juices and coffee are also great. They also offer croissants or danishes while you wait.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. This was our second time at Pearl Sunset Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we really appreciated the little details like the nightly cookies delivery and the complimentary bottled waters every day. The hotel’s location is perfect – making it easy to explore the island on the hotels own bicycles. We also loved the delicious food options every day. What really stood out, though, was the service. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or just greeting us with a smile, they made us feel welcome and valued. Overall, the stay exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return for a third time. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, top-notch experience.

The staff in this hotel where some of the nicest people we have came across on our travels, my wife felt ill one day and they all came to her assistance without hesitation, the manager went out of his way to make sure she was OK and checked up on her for the rest of our time there which was really nice of him. Each day they Greeted us both with a big smile asked how we where etc.. honestly all of the staff in this hotel where amazing. both pools and the pool bar where a great addition to, the rooms where always spotless and they made us a special display with the towels and flowers for my wife birthday.

Where to begin… This hotel is everything. I cannot stress enough how amazing our stay was. Let me try: Food: OMG. For western to Asian, they nail everything. Their beach restaurante, Cloud 9, is so good and romantic, and so cheap too. And the cocktails omg. Breakfast (although a-la carte) is top-notch too Staff: Just the absolute best. Incredibly nice and helpful Facilities: Beautiful hotel with two pools. Rooms are lovely too, especially the balconies Location: Trust me, this is the side of Gili T you want to stay on if you’re traveling with your partner. It’s so chill but close to everything too, just next to an open-air cinema and not far from turtle point either Again - we were blown away by every aspect of the hotel, can’t recommend it enough!

Literally nothing, everything was perfect!!!

Friendliest and most helpfull staff we've met in Bali so far. Comfortable beds, nice hot water in the shower, turndown cookies every night. 😀 The swimming pool was lovely, relaxing area. The location was perfect! You have loads of little restaurants right across the road to go have a cocktail and watch the sunset. Rent a bicycle from the resort and drive around the island.

We had some noisy neighbors, but that's out of the resorts control. I think it's a Bali thing, but the drains(toilet) didn't smell very nice. We just closed the toilet lid and kept the bathroom door closed.nothing major.
