Good location, the room was reasonably sized with everything that you need for a self-contained stay for a few nights. The kitchenette was small but functional for preparing a basic meal. There is parking right outside every room and it was pretty quiet at night

The lack of an opening window in the bathroom meant that it is quite moist in there even with the extractor running all day. There was mould in the bathroom and on the bedroom window. The outdoor furniture needed a good clean & cobwebs brushed off.

Nothing to dislike

The room was in a quiet spot away from the pool, and noise Comfy bed Washing machine etc all very handy and work well Kitchen nicely set out and equipped 3/4 size fridge good for food and drinks Even though Spa didn't work, was nice to sit with in the bath with a bottle of bubbly

Room C111 Room had a smell - after airing out for a day it was fine Spa in room didn't work TV didn't work but was fixed Stereo remote didn't work, but we swapped one from room F123 so does now :) Shower taps the wrong way around, and extremely poor pressure

Cheerful, welcoming & informative staff. Place is a little dated but otherwise clean, comfortable, spacious & equipped. Located near eateries and a general store. Parking right outside each unit ❤️ease of loading and unloading.

The shower was like a sprinkle so a tad difficult to use. And the liquid soap and shampoo doesn’t lather and one tube wasn’t enough to wash even one part of oneself as it does lather so just need to supply proper soap and shampoo or state in booking to bring your own. I had to run to general store to buy shampoo and liquid soap

Rooms were a good size, couch was comfy and good selection of tv channels. Pool and giant outdoor chess popular with the kids. Had our own outdoor table and bbq which was great for relaxing meals. Building exterior and outdoor area well maintained and created a pleasant environment.

Restaurant had a pizza only night that was not advertised so we couldn’t access the normal menu and had to go elsewhere. Some minor interior updating to match the quality of the exterior would increase the value for money.

We spent only one night, because it was booked only for an overnight before visiting Pinnacles. Unfortunately for us, because it was an excellent accommodation, fully equipped kitchen with a gril on the balcony, outside pool and big chess playground outside. The staff was very nice (thanks and greetings to the helpful and always smiling mate on the reception and taking care for everything). Breakfast was rich and tasty. Don't forget to bring a specimen of your local money to be to be pin on the board at the reception (unfortunately again, we didn't have Czech koruna with us).

From the moment we arrived, everything was lovely. All the staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. Our room was very nice, comfortable and quiet. The beds and bedding were what you'd expect from a 5 star hotel in Sydney. A spacious room, with a view, and cable TV and internet that actually works efficiently. It's appropriately called a 'resort' as there is plenty of room everywhere, including easy parking. The restaurant is lovely and spacious. We didn't have dinner (the Lobster Shack is just up the road), but did enjoy the buffet breakfast and barista made coffee. There is a really nice bar as well.

No complaints at all.

I initially messed up my reservation and reserved the wrong date. I talked to the manager and he very very kindly agreed to move the date for me. Then, once we arrived, I found we were on the first floor. I asked the receptionist if she could move us to the ground floor and she was able to do so. The staff was just incredibly helpful. Also, the restaurant is quite reasonable. My husband got the best steak of our trip so far and I had a wonderful barramundi. Both came with the buffet with salad, steamed, vegetables, potatoes, and quite an array of desserts.

Everything was wonderful.

Very spacious and had everything we needed for our weekend away. The rooms were surprisingly sound proof. Great location! It was nice to have a washing machine for swim clothes.

Bathrooms could use a little bit of a deep clean and more towels available over the weekend (we throught pool towels would be there so everything was a bit damp! The buffet breakfast was a bit pricey for what it was.

We arrived an hour before check in time but the receptionist was really lovely and gave us the keys early. We were also allocated a room on the ground floor as one of our rooms needed to be without steps and the apartment was upstairs with a lovely view overlooking the pool area. The apartment was really big, just perfect for our family of five. The place was clean and had everything you would need for a few nights away. The ground floor studio was a good size too and clean again with everything you would need for a few nights away. The beds were really comfortable and the pillows were too! Lovely big shower and the apartment had a spa bath. Pool area was spacious and plenty of chairs and sunloungers for the amount of people in the area. We had a really fantastic stay and wouldn't hesitate to go back and recommend to others!

Only a couple of things but nothing that would stop us from going back... A couple of slabs on the edge of the pool were loose and the bottom step of the pool was not visible so we all including the people at the pool already banged their toes into it as the opposite side never had a bottom step so you assumed the other side was the same given you couldn't see it. Other than that I certainly can't complain!
