The hotel's sleek and contemporary style makes it stand out. It is located quite conveniently adjacent to Harmani beach. The staff was really upbeat, supportive, and always friendly and welcoming. It warms up the atmosphere in the hotel. One pool is for children, and the other is for adults. Each day, both are cleaned and maintained. Additionally, the hotel is spotless. There are many parking spaces available for the visitors. There are also lots of parking places nearby if they are taken for some reason. Aside from that, there is paid parking nearby.

The only thing that could be improved are the bathrooms. There is no glass between the shower and the toilet, nor is there a shower cabin. The entire floor is moist after a shower. By no means is it a deal-breaker; it's just something that might be enhanced in the future.

The hotel was clean and tidy. The receptionist and the cleaning lady were amazing, always being of service and helping. Our sheet and towel were changed with clean ones when asked and the cleaning lady always waited for us to go to breakfast before cleaning our room. The pool was great as well.

In the room next to us there was a couple that was smoking inside and the smell transferred to our room. This happened for 3 nights and it was intolerable. It was impossible to enter the bathroom, all of our belongings smelled of cigarettes, even the receptionist couldn’t bare the smell. The hotel tried helping but the couple kept lying, saying there weren’t smoking. Even though it isn’t the receptionist’s fault, the matter wasn’t resolved. The people who did it got away with it and it affected half of our stay.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was stylish and clean. The pool was great especially on windy days when it wasn’t great for the beach. Very good location close to the new town, bamboo beach and quick drive to Exe bar.

No food or snacks available to buy, however drinks and coffee were available and there were a lot of shops and restaurants near by. The rooms also have a mini kitchen so you can cook for yourself. Not a huge minus.

The hotel was 5 mins away from the beach and the main avenue so solid location. The personnel were exceptional- always ready to assist and help , always friendly and recommended great beach spots and also aided in other touristic locations for sightseeing. Great overall, will come again! P.s. if the weather is unpredictable or straight out bad, has a great pool!

Great for the cost/ awesome accomodation, just have in mind like any other hotel there is a very small fridge - so care how much food you prepare. Besides that everything was awesome!

Incredible! Great location very close to the beach, wonderful view straight to the sea and sandy beach. Surprisingly clean rooms and very friendly staff who are always smiling and willing to help. If you want to breathe deeply, I recommend this hotel with a clear conscience and straight from the heart.

Very relaxed owners , amazing outside space, fantastic sea views, take the penthouse if u can ❤️, great holiday! Oh and their personal driver to Sofía was first class!

Too much focus on design and it's missing practicality. In the bathroom there is no shower cabin and it gets all wet. No insect net on the balcony door. The bed is placed very low on the floor and the matress is not very thick. Unpleasently hot on the hotel hallways as no windows can be opened.

The staff was incredible, great service, hospitable and friendly - highly recommended. The outdoor pool was chill and great for kids to hang out early afternoons or late evenings (still open at 8-10pm). Beach view, some parking spots and just a minute away from a larger parking spot when needed.

+ Beautiful view from the penthouse apartment + The staff is really top level, great service! + A small bar serving coffee and drinks - very convenient and not that common in Sozopol hotels with apartments + The pools are nice, with a lot of shade during hot days + A lot of trees and a well maintained garden around the pool, it feels like a small oasis + Although the beach is near, the apartment was quiet and peaceful during the day and the evening + The beach close by is great for everyday use

- The huge terrace of the penthouse apartment was not covered, which meant it could not be used during hot days. - Wi-fi was not fast enough to do any video calls, which is I believe a problem with the entire Sozopol area (speed test - 6-7 Mbps, and not reliable). Be prepared to use your own mobile internet for better speed.
