After hoping hotels and B&Bs for 2 weeks we were very happily surprised by the size of our apartment. It was great to have space for all our luggages and still free space. We much appreciated also the possibility to do our laundry in the common washing machines against a small fee. It was not clear they had this on the Booking description. Also appreciated the daily cleaning, garage, 24h front desk. The bed was very comfortable. Very close to bus stops that takes you directly to the Les Machines d'Ile and also across the river to the city centre. And the experience was even more enhanced by the fact that Nantes offers free public transportation on weekends. All in all a perfect stay.

Just the location is rather residential so not so many restaurants around. Not a big deal and happy to trade that for more space at a better price. There's a boulangerie and supermarket next door though.

The hotel and room was very clean. The staff was very helpful. The hotel was within walking distance to the city centre ( 20-25 minutes), you can also take the tram , which is just near it if you prefer not to walk. We stayed in a room for 4 adults, with a king size bed and a double sofa for my children. The room had a kitchenette with all necessary appliances( dishwasher, cooker, microwave…). Note that if you are staying in Nantes between 14/07 and 15/08, you can park free in the street near the hotel, as it is in the yellow zone.

Nice having a kitchenette and larger bathroom. Bakery and grocery store next door were very convenient. Bus stop a few yards away worked very well. Staff gave us directions to get where we were going, including a map. Organized a taxi for us. Very happy with our stay.

Room was warmer than we liked and we couldn't figure out how to change it. Doubt this would be an issue for most people.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and the building / foyer was light and welcoming. Was great to have a kitchenette and the bed was comfortable with very clean sheets. The room was quiet and spotless. Useful to have a Thai cafe, Boulangerie and supermarket next door. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The only thing is the location which was really too far to walk from the station with a case and in the heat! It was also a decent walk into the old town. I also thought that the price of the room was too much for Nantes - it wasn’t right in the centre, wasn’t in a pretty part of town, and it isn’t a proper hotel. But, it was a great choice and better than other hotels in Nantes - no complaints about the stay at all.

Nice to have some cooking facilities - particularly when you have dietary requirements that limit your choices for eating out. The Spanish women working at reception when we checked in gave us good advice about visiting Nantes. Other staff were helpful and friendly.

Location was a bit far away from most of the sites and attractions in Nantes - but we were able to make up for it by using the Bicloo bikes to get around the city.

I selected this hotel due to its proximity to Les Machines de Lile. (https://www.lesmachines-nantes.fr/ OMGoodness, do not miss Les Machines!! It is the sole reason we ventured to Nantes.) The warm and helpful staff at Seven Urban Suites Nantes Centre welcomed us 9/23 &24/2022 to their delightful hotel. Our room was nicely decorated, very clean, beautiful bathroom & included more than we ever expected. Behind closet doors was a kitchen with all you would need if staying many days. What a bonus. The breakfast room, staff and food choices were also delightful. Anthony was especially friendly and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we could want. He had made breakfast cakes the mornings we were there and offered us samples. So friendly. To top it off we were able to park in their underground secure parking lot. Another bonus. We would definitely stay in Seven Urban Suites Nantes Centre again, and you would enjoy it too.

Staff at breakfast were wonderful, very friendly. The food was also excellent. Great choices. It was very useful to have the kitchenette in the room.

Air conditioning was not as cool as I would like (personal preference)

Location was good and the apartment was spacious and had great facilities. Comfy bed and very nice living room area. It was right next to some lovely eateries and a supermarket. It was a nice walk away from the city centre and castle. Also had a later check-out which was fantastic. The staff were also helpful and friendly.

The wifi was terrible, very slow and could barely connect, for the price paid you'd expect decent wifi.

From first arrival, the staff were freindly and extremely helpful. The rooms a lovely, clean and very comfortable. Everything you need for a perfect nights sleep.

Its not that i didnt like the location would justbhave been nice a little closer to the city centre. However great transport in and out or a 30 min walk

The property has a good location—a short walk to the city centre. A supermarket and restaurants are nearby. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. They have a good selection for breakfast. We also used the car park, which is very convenient.

The floor in the room was not clean enough.
