The view from the room is stunning, you are footsteps away from a picturesque beach that has barely anyone on it other than a few guests of the hotel. Perfect for a quiet get away. The quality of the hotel furnishings, the bathroom decor, the plates and food were all high quality and felt good. There are always plenty of hotel staff around to help and the free tuk tuk service is great.

Airport transfer for 85 USD isn’t worth it but can easily get a t transfer company from the airport for half the price. One hotel staff member was asking me unnecessarily personal questions and it felt a bit creepy and invasive - most of the locals in Hikkaduwa were like this.

This hotel is everything you would want on a laidback holiday. Stayed here for 4 nights and it’s the staff that is absolutely wonderful. From the moment you check in to the point you checkout, they are always there to have a friendly chat, offer any help, share a laugh with you. In other words, it felt like home. Location is perfect! Right at the beach and just perfectly situated a bit away from the market area so you are not in the center of all the madness. They have a free tuk tuk ride to drop and pick you up within a 5km radius. Breakfast was clean and simple, don’t expect the world, yet it is beautifully put together and you get to choose the contents a night before. The hotel is artistically done with modern interiors and has a minimalistic theme to it. Overall, I would highly recommend BK Beach to couples and families. And a big shoutout to their lovely staff members who made this stay absolutely memorable. Will definitely come back again!

Since this is a brand new hotel, they are still figuring things out which is fair :) Improvable are: - English skills (had a few situations where we couldn’t be supported because of language difficulties) - Breakfast! - It’s just a small detail but for the price of a night in this hotel, we‘d expect to get fresh tea leaves and no tea bags for our tea - Being clear around room cleaning service (they needed our key to do so but no one told us :) )

We had a very nice stay at BK Beach Boutique. The room was nice and clean, the breakfast really tasty and the staff helpful. We loved to eat dinner at the place - it's a perfect place to enjoy the wonderful ocean-view and feeling the sand between your toes.

Hotel location, decoration, quality of the facilities, everything looked as brand new really. Tuktuk services was very convenient. Rooms very clean and the online room service. A la carte meals were very good and well served. Staff arranged for dinner table by the beach which we loved and enjoyed the dinner so much.

Got charged at the time of check in that's maybe new policies everywhere in Hikkaduwa hospitality sector not sure. Breakfast did not meet our expectations unfortunately. Coffee machine out of service. Nothing hotel management isnt able to improve. Just a little of willingness thats all

Lovely little place, delightfully decorated, right on the beach with well appointed, comfortable rooms and a balcony overlooking the glorious beach/sea. Enjoyed the short walk to the busier areas of Hikkaduwa either along the beach or main road, free tuktuk service if you prefer. You can take breakfast, lunch or dinner with the sand between your toes in the small hotel restaurant and cool off in the pool during the hottest part of the day. Helpful, friendly team on hand to answer any questions.

For the price I would have expected better soundproofing in the rooms.

First of all the most important asset of the hotel are the wonderful staff ,from the reception to house keeping to the food and breveges are exptionaly kind ,professional and dedicated .always available and helpful ,they should be valued and kept by the management because they are the heart and soul of this place,I forgot to mention the tuk tuk driver a discret resourceful man.the beach is wonderful, clean and the location is perfect .the food is fresh nice and prepared with attention, we had some lovely dishes ,please visit the place and enjoy the company of the staff .keep up the good job

Initially, we were not sure about the booking due to the little amount of reviews, but we booked anyway and did not regret our decision, not at all. The hotel is brand new and spotlessly clean. The furnishing is of high quality and the concept well thought out. The view from the balcony is amazing and the staff very friendly. For breakfast, the guests can select from different options the night before, and everything we picked tasted delicious. We really felt the spirit of a new hotel opening up.

Unfortunately, the wifi worked everywhere except for our room. Also, the sea is too rough to go swimming (that's what the pool is for)

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced my experience. The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. But what truly stole my heart was the presence of the adorable and friendly puppy on the premises. It added an extra layer of charm and joy to my stay, making me feel right at home. Overall, my time at BK Beach Hotel was nothing short of wonderful.
