Beautiful, comfortable, modern bed and breakfast with large rooms. Breakfasts have variety and are nicely prepared and presented with graciousness from our host. Rooms are spacious, have several chairs and a balcony with a view over the landscape. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are well-equipped. There is a lovely courtyard for guests to use. Our host was friendly, helpful and professional. She suggested a beautiful beach and ‘insider’ convenient access to it.

The location is about a 12-15 minute drive from town or the Valley of Temples. You need a car. We had one, but were somewhat daunted with driving in the narrow street of Agrigento at night; driving to Valley of the Temples was much more straightforward.

Stefania was such a kind and helpful host and the rooms are furnished to a high standard and very modern and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious out on the cool terrace with a fantastic breakfast selection including scrambled eggs, fruit, yoghurts, pancakes and delicious homemade cakes. Was so convenient also to have onsite parking on the property. We also had our own balcony which is shaded in the late afternoon which was very pleasant. Excellent base to visit the Valley of the Temples and we took Stefania’s excellent advice to do this towards evening which was much more pleasant and less hot.

You need to take the car into town but it is a very short 6 min drive so in that sense not a problem.

We can highly recommend this B&B. The moment we arrived Sorahnia greeted us with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to make our stay unforgettable we felt very welcomed like family the moment we walked through the door. sorahnia was very flexible and accommodating Breakfast was bountful home made fresh breakfast. the rooms were nice modern boutique design comfty bed. clean bathroom we highly recommend Sorahnia place if you should stop in Argrigento

There was absolutely nothing we did not like. Only that we should have stayed longer.

Stefania is an amazing host who truly seems to want her guests to have the best stay at her BnB. The rooms are wonderfully appointed, with quality linens, a comfortable bed & pillows, and it felt like we were staying in a nice resort. The breakfast was more varied than expected, with a couple of homemade cakes, as well as some fruit, yogurt, cheese, breads, eggs, cereals, juices, coffee, and more. There is a nice private patio with a little table and chairs off of each room, providing a bit of a view of the city and surrounding nature. Count yourself lucky if you are able to stay here!

We loved our host. She was so warm and friendly and made us feel so welcome there. The breakfast was wonderful and the room was very clean and had what we needed. We were able to take advantage of a laundry service to refresh our clothing during our long 5 week trip. Having a private gated parking space and no stairs to climb was also a welcome change from our prior accommodations. The location was just outside of town, but easy to reach most everything in the area.

The only thing I can think of was that the bathroom was fairly dark and you had to drive to get food.

It was one of the best places I've stayed at recently. I used Google Maps for navigation when visiting, and had no trouble finding it at all. The accommodation was as elegant and beautiful as the host herself, and the various amenities provided were very satisfying. Breakfast was excellent, and she made a lot of effort to accommodate our requests. We visited this place to go to the Valle dei templi, and I believe it's in a perfect location. We parked at the rear entrance of the Valle dei templi, took a taxi to the main entrance for 3 euros per person, spent about an hour exploring, and then returned to our car. If you plan to visit the Valle dei templi or the nearby Old Town, I highly recommend this place.

Mosquito? During the summer season in Italy, I believe there's no way to completely avoid mosquitoes throughout the entire country. However, don't worry. The landlord provides an electric mosquito repellent.

We really enjoyed our stay at the B&B Sorahnia - Design House. The room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best we had in this trip, so much variety- cold and hot. A very cozy place with a few rooms, feels nice and private. The lady owner was so friendly, very attentive and helpful! Convenient location. Plenty of parking at the door of the hotel.

The host was very welcoming and helpful. The room was excellent, modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was extensive with many homemade items and local ingredients.

We found the property difficult to locate. You are best to put the name of the property into your navigation system rather than the address. To exit the property you need to make a left turn on a street with a blind corner which can be tricky.

Stefania is a great, responsive and kind host. She kindly welcomed us, recommended great restaurants and wonderful landmarks, and helped my husband to make a surprise for me for my birthday! :) She is an amazing host! The rooms are big, with a wonderful view to the valley and mountains, a large and very comfortable bed and a very nice bathroom. The rooms have a modern design and are very fresh and clean. We had everything we needed in B&B Sorahnia and felt very comfortable and cozy. And the breakfast in the B&B is extremely tasty and hearty :) I would recommend B&B Sorahnia as the best place to stay in Agrigento! We'll certainly return there in our next trip to Sicilia.
