Great location, great views, superb beach, perfect for relaxing, excellent and very friendly staff

Some things can be improved which we would expect for a 4 star hotel, smell in the bath should not be there, food quality and variety is only average, the dinner opening hours are very limited for Spanish standards, the direct-to-the-outside stairs door from the dinning room that is open during breakfast should also be open for dinner avoiding a long absurd walk up and down again, the cleaning staff should not start making noise before at least 9am (9:30 would be even better ;))

It has everything you need: a wide range of breakfast options, a beach, sun loungers and parasols, well-cooled rooms and scooters and cars for rent. The staff is very nice and helpful, especially the reception (top)!

The price-value ratio is not right for a hotel that is already getting on in years (500+ Eur per night is a lot even with inflation). It is a mass tourism hotel and you notice this in the morning at breakfast. The hotel has a lot of families with children and travelers. The beach looks great in the photos, and it actually is. The problem is the first few meters in the water (stones, rocks, etc.) - very difficult to get into the water without slipping. Otherwise, the water is very beautiful, like everywhere else on the island. You pay for the parasol and sun loungers, but the price is ok.

Location in the best area for sea experience, swimming and beautiful blue of the Calm waters; the facilities of the hotel; the activities; the closeness between swimming pool, the see, and the Restaurant/bar; good and diversified food at the Buffet restaurant in the evening and very good breakfast variety.

To improve: the food at the restaurant of the swimming pool at lunch, limited and the grill food not very good; the quality of the wine menu, low and few choices. The need of payment for the umbrellas usage in the sand in front of the hotel is very unusual .

- great breakfast / dinner with HUGE quality choice - welcoming and helpful staff - clean room and daily cleaning by friendly maids - quite new structure with lots of new facilities: 2 gyms, sauna, 2 swimming pools, 1 kids swimming pool, beach volley court, "concert" hall, etc... - nice night events: dance lotto, magician, concert/dance night, etc... - right in front of the beach

- rocky beach in front of the hotel (however this is not hotel fault) - nothing else

Without counting how beautiful Formentera is, the restaurant buffet was the star of the show here. The best all inclusive buffet we've ever had. So many choices and the quality is top notch. Only down side is that we ate waaaaay too much.

It was not indicated anywhere in our reservation that no beverages were included in the all inclusive, not even water. The tap water is not really drinkable, it's over 30 degrees everyday and they charge 3-4 euros per bottle of water. So they really nickle and dime you here, which seems petty given it's 400 euros a night.

Kind staff, cleaned, breakfast, fantastic beach.

Far for other attractions, only one plug in the room.

The location is awesome with access to a beautiful beach and great facilities. The room was very comfortable and clean. The food was tasty with a big variety that changed every day. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We had an ocean view room that was located fairly close to the beach.

It is not really walking distance from any other tourist attractions- you really need to rent a car if you want to leave the resort. However taxi’s are readily available as an alternative option and the car rental place is located on-site at the hotel. The main restaurant is a bit of a walk (with quite a few stairs) away from the ocean view rooms. It wasn’t bad - just uncomfortable as it was so hot this week - but not a major issue

Love this property. It’s managed so well. Great friendly staff, great food, super friendly reception staff and bar and waiting staff. Very nice operation.

Receptionist was not able to give estimates for the time it would roughly take to get to the airport. Example roughly what time to leave the hotel. This important information could be incorporated into the training.

Good size room (bungalow) with comfortable beds , lots of storage and balcony. Breakfast and dinner food was good, tasty and there was plenty to choose from . Food from restaurant in beach was very good too. Very nice and helpful staff. Amazing pool next to the beach

On the first day there was no cold water in the room (bungalow) and was unable to regulate the temperature, the water was very warm (we could feel the skin getting burn while taking shower). They only managed to solve the problem in the next day.

The location is great, Absolutely top notch staff. Especially the catering team (Miguel, Israel and Boris and others) were out of this world. Great animation team as well ( Mark ).

Minor niggles, toilet door couldn’t be locked in the cottage. The cottage was located next to the only road to the hotel and the noise of the traffic wasn’t great during the night.
