The hotel is quite close to the Central Station (which is very convenient when arriving by train or taking rail to the airports). The entrance to Sondrio metro station is right outside the hotel. Fantastic for getting just about anywhere in Milan. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet daily and the 9th floor fitness area (sauna, steam room) was a welcome bonus after a long day of walking around town. Front desk staff were very helpful, giving advice, storing luggage, booking a last-minute taxi.

We really enjoyed the hotel which was clearly above the expectation. Our hotel room had super comfy bed. We greatly appreciated the curtains which allowed us to make the room totally dark which was particularly a big benefit in the morning. Frankly all of this was so great that we could easily sleep until lunchtime (if we wanted to lose time by sleeping). Breakfast was really full when everyone can make own choice. The highlight of this hotel is undoubtedly the swimming pool area. When looking at pictures it appeared to us the pool is at the roof which is not the case. It’s behind the hotel in the inneryard. Well maintained, nice bar, music. Again if we wanted to spend the whole stay at the swimming pool it would be amazing too. The Personeel overall was amazing. In the bar, they have top Daiquiri.:) The metro stop is literally under the hotel so when getting out from the metro you just make 10 steps and you are in the hotel.

The room was lovely - comfy bed too. It was very close to the station and also right by the metro, which was perfect. We liked the bar and the staff throughout the hotel were fantastic. The sauna ans steam room were nice and quiet, although very small. And we loved the welcome, with a box of chocs left in the room with well wishes for our honeymoon - nice touch

The bathroom was a bit small and the shower head needed a decent clean (some of the holes were blocked). And the wellness area was very small. But these are VERY minor complaints, in truth. We actually really liked the hotel and our stay was lovely

Breakfast location very good however the area where juices and teas our available very cramped. Also the jar from which cereals are available from are inadequate. Needs to be larger. reception and service by most staff members excellent.

One staff member from our observations were there to serve him not the other way around. The was also evident on the one evening we dined in the restaurant. The pool area had no ash trays in view and therefore smoke free until a dolly bird who was obviously known to a staff member was provided with one. Not impressed.

On arrival I got the smaller room, that was booked. When I asked to change the room, they say that they are fully booking. From the such level hotel I was not expecting of the bad surprises - in my booking I noted, that our arriving will be between 00:00 - 01:00, and more then this, they already charged full cost of 3 day's accommodation a week before. I suppose, in case of full prepayment the hotel should keep exactly the room the guest booked, but not the last casual room... But they changed the room next day, so next 2 nights we stayed at the normal size room according to our booking. For the compensation they gave us one drink at the bar.

The room is clean and comfortable , The pool was a gem … very nice to cool off in the sizzling summer Milano. Very close to the metro station, literally out the door from the Hotel. Would definitely come back again…

We got the Junior suite and we were 2 adults and 2 kids, 11 and 14. The extra bed for then kids was small , I wish they told us before and maybe we would change the room type or get another connecting room

Staff were amazing. Very comfortable hotel. Great location.

We were only in Milan for one night (arriving by train); so the proximity to the train station was perfect. We loved the pool! We needed some relaxation after a long train ride. Super easy access to the Duomo from the metro right outside the door. The staff here is really wonderful, helping us stash our luggage to enjoy the day behind a late night flight.

The pool bar drinks were very expensive! But delicious :)

Nice hotel, staff were very accommodating, helping us find our way around Milan. Room was big enough for the whole family breakfast was nice, good healthy balance. the pool is small, but at the same time cozy and the pool bar was nice. Also the hotel is right next to the station so really easy to get around.

Didnt dislike anything
