After a painful experience involving the change of dates of our arrival (made through Booking.com), I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the motel was. Clean, comfortable, but could have been a little quieter. Even though we were at the end away from Rt 54 (the street), the traffic noise was noticeable. Not exactly soundproof. However, this is a nice place and I recommend a stay here.

Staff (not the clerk, who was very nice), were unresponsive when I tried to get the dates of our arrival changed. This was an exhausting and frustrating experience and the people who should have tried to help, didn't. I'm sure the management will rebut this review, but I know what I experienced.

Breakfast was good. I wanted to go in the pool but it was too cold for me. The room was clean. Pleasant desk. Would have been nice to have a little note typed and clipped to room key holder that had the wi-fi info on it and breakfast times. Seems like we had to ask for everything. The exercise room was good.

We got there at 2:45 and she wouldn't check us in(policy). She didn't check to see if the room had been cleaned. After we both went to the bathroom and I was asking questions, where is etc. We went on a quick tour. At 2:55 she said she could check us in.

It was clean, Breakfast was very good. the only thing I didn't like was the bed not comfortable and the pillows were horrible. when I laid my head on the pillow it was flat, I tried two pillows but during the nite I kept waking up to puff up the pillows. I was there for a week, not sure I will go back to that Hotel again. I will be coming back to that location in few months and I'm not sure If I will stay there again. I have business there in Liberal in the next two years. There a lot of Hotel/Motels in Liberal.

Better Mattresses and better Pillows.

The facility was clean and well-kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was good and hot.

The hallways and common areas seemed very humid, however the individual rooms were comfortable in temperature.

It was an easy check in. The AC in my room was turned on, which made coming from my construction project a nice surprise.

the master switch by the entry door. I had to go through several attempts to get everything working. It was a clumsy experience.

Very clean and quiet

The door says checkout time is noon, the app says 11. When I called the front desk to confirm the time they said noon but our key stopped working at 11 as we were trying to load our luggage.

Great staff! Staff was able to assist with additional questions about near options. Very friendly and kind!!

The only annoying thing was parking, but staff let me park under waiting area off to the side overnight. Again but I liked the staff they were kind, welcoming and helpful.

Very nice room

Need more heat in bathroom.Our room was next to staircase and we heard people dragging there luggage up the stairs at 1030 when we were trying to sleep.Could also hear the shower above us.

Super nice place to stay, has a bar and the rooms are unbeatable in this area.

Needs a hot tub, parking spaces isn't the best but not a deal breaker. I recommend grabbing a luggage carrier if you have quite a few stuff.

it was clean, newer property, well maintained. comfortable bed, nice size room, good shower, good value.

would have like a comfortable arm chair to sit in.
