Our stay was wonderful! The place was very clean and easy to find and close to a lot of attractions ( the Zoo, Botanical Garden, Museum, a Park!) It’s also just a stone throw away from a fish & chips place(food was good too!) Breakfast was very good. On our 2 night stay, there were new choices every time. Our room was very quiet considering there was a train passing by every now & then. The bed was nice & comfy. I liked the room! It has a mini kitchen with a fridge, microwave and a dishwasher and a stove. Very convenient for us because we were travelling with a baby and needed a microwave to sterilize bottles. All in all this place is excellent! Will probably stay here again if given the chance.

The parking fee!!! This is the first place we’ve been to that we had to pay for parking!!! I mean why would we have to pay??? We’re staying in the hotel, shouldnt parking be complimentary?! I probably mislooked this part while looking for a place to stay. The water from the shower is very hot even if it’s on cold already. I dont know if the temperature should be adjusted or the water itself is just too hot because of the weather.

This location was perfect for accessing the activities we wanted to do. Just a few blocks from the Fort Worth Zoo, The Botanical Gardens, Dickies arena, and Equine show facility. There are two great eateries just two blocks up the street you can walk to. The facility is clean and staff refreshes the room every other day. Staff was extremely friendly and personable. Breakfast was hot and good, eggs everyday mmmm.

Was very disappointed in being charged for open area parking when already paying for a room, especially since there were no other parking options in the area. I'm happy to pay for parking in a secured area, but the only thing secure about this parking lot is that there were lights and cameras that could see most, but not all of the lot.

charged me for parking- not expected at all!!!!! this is NOT downtown. it should not charge for parking. if there is an issue with non guests parking at hotel, do NOT charge paying guest.

Good location, clean & lg rooms.

Checkout was at 12, I had placed the sign on door "Do not knock", but housekeeping kept knocking and tried to open door at 11 asking what time i would be checking out it was very disturbing & upsetting to be woken up that way, a man with hat too, so it scared me as he didn't identify himself while knocking either until I asked what he wanted.

Did not like having to pay for parking, especially in the location where there was ample parking space.

The breakfast was wonderful! Good options to choose from! The room was so nice, we loved it. The AC worked great! We love a cold room and we got just that! We had hoped to use the pool but we ran out of time! No complaints at all!

Location was convenient to TCU as we were moving my daughter into her dorm. Room was a great size, clean and comfortable.

Was surprised that we were charged for parking since it was an open non-covered parking lot.

I didn’t like that I had to pay 12$/day for parking. I was annoyed that I wasn’t told about that before booking the reservation.

Front desk is wonderful, I was looking for a hotel for my daughter and a friend who were going to a concert at Dickies Arena. They were so nice and the manager was so helpful assuring me that it was super close to the arena. It was very close only a few minute drive. The room was so nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again. 100%.

Friendly staff, comfy beds, and all the needed amenities. The hot breakfast is an added perk. Will be one of our first choices for our next visit to Fort Worth.

Outside noise was a downfall, and the dinging of the elevator was easily heard in the room. No shower door left a bit of water in the bathroom.
