Almost everything was great. People, facilities, and food (breakfast) it was in a very safe neighborhood. There was a pizza place that was really good right across the street and if you are going to a concert at JJ’s , it’s right down the road.

I would have like some plastic cups or a couple of more glasses in the room. Also one more dirty clothes bag would have been great.

This is our go-to place when visiting UofA. Near all the places we want to visit. Clean facility and the beds are very comfortable. The TV is easier to operate than other chains and it is a higher quality which is nice.

Needs more charging ports near each sleeping place. However, it was fine.

Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. One star member was headed down the hall in front of us and punched the elevator button then didn't get on. Turns out she saw us with luggage and just hurried to get the button for us. Food available late night was a bonus. Bed was comfy, couch was convenient. I liked the different hooks in places for hanging clothes and jewelry. Separate curtain and shade in window were handy. Slow closure on toilet lid and refrigerator cabinet (no slam) were nice. USB on the alarm clock. Good location near food and shops.

Could have used a slow closure on the entry door to the rooms. It's loud when people come in down the hall. I couldn't figure out how to turn the air off. Might have been user error though. There was a weird knocking noise occasionally in the wall. No idea what that was but it woke me up a couple of times.

The complimentary breakfast was wonderful! Very clean and a good selection! The location was so convenient to our needs, it was perfect!

The only complaint I would have was that the sink in our bathroom smelled strangely like sulfur. So it was a little smelly.

Location was great. Several stores and restaurants were in walking distance and downtown was a short drive away.

Would have liked the room to have a microwave, but there was one available in the breakfast area.

Staff was very nice, room was very clean, meals were great, everything was great except the pricing of the rooms, on booking.com they overcharged me, I could have got it less they charged extra fees, not very happy with that, I will not use booking.com again. I thought it was saved me money but it didn't. Other than that our experience was wonderful except for the prices of booking.com.

The hotel was very clean, there were several spots in the lobby to hang out and nice updated furniture. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel.

The employees were very friendly and personable. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very clean. The location is wonderful. It was our second stay here and both times were perfect, we hope to stay again!

Room Cleanliness was not as good as last year when we were there. It was mostly acceptable, but would not want it to lessen further. This was in relation to the floors only. Not swept well; not mopped.

The hotel was super clean and modern! Super helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing and the location was on point! Would definitely recommend this to family and friends!
