We found the the front desk staff are not all nice and helpful. We have stayed a number of time at this hotel, and it varies from year to year. Sometimes staff are just so professional and helpful, this year we found that staff at the front desk were doing their jobs with out the gentleness that characterizes Peruvian people.

Convenience. Closed to the airport.

I would like to have front desk staff more gentle and kind, as the other Peruvian people. I find some desk front staff very kind, but other are not which make a big difference when we arrive to a new country known for the friendliness of its people.

The breakfast was great! Lots of variety, fresh food well cooked. The restaurant staff were all friendly & helpful. Rodrigo make the best omelettes exactly to individual requirements! English was spoken & understood by most of the restaurant staff.

I have missed having toast as I can’t eat normal bread being Coeliac and thee was no gluten free cereal either. However so much other food I certainly didn’t go hungry. Very disappointed that there were no outdoor areas to enjoy the sunshine and the pool was indoors and heated. It wasn’t even clear if it would have been free to use for guests. A list of charges in room suggested not. I rang Spa to clarify but difficult to communicate as rapid Spanish spoken.

It is a little pricey, but it is the most convenient hotel to stay in at the Lima Airport. On the second floor of the airport you can walk over on a bridge and you are inside the hotel avoiding all of the fake bellhops that got us on our first stay. The concierge services are outstanding! They will take you over to the airport check in, they will hold your luggage after you check out if you go to the city or take a flight to another place in Peru. We went to the rainforest after spending 2 weeks in the sacred valley and we didn't want to take all of our souvenirs and warm clothing so we left 5 bags at the hotel for 5 days and it didn't cost us anything other than the generous tips we gave the bellhops. They even loaned us a travel plug when we lost ours. The breakfast is amazing, make sure to allow enough time to fuel up before you go. The restaurant is delicious as well Peruvian cuisine and American if you are craving it. Pizza was awesome! The people are top notch, kind, helpful, and very friendly. Everything a first time traveler to Peru needs in my opinion! Best service ever!

It’s excellent for the location, one can walk across the bridge and arrive the hotel. It’s convenient and save time when your flight arrive late and you want to rest asap. I would like to thank for the staff - Miguel who helped not only the luggage but also translate English to Spanish to the driver. Thanks also for the lady (forgot to ask her name! But she checked in for me on the night 13th Jan around 7pm)on the front desk, she is helpful not only to find my booking (cos someone mixed up the last name and first name) but also fixed my name on my next hotel booking initiatively.

Located right opposite the terminal building it was very convenient after a long overseas flight just to walk straight into your room. Rooms are spacious, wooden floor iso carpet, all amenities fine, WIFI fast and shower hot.... Staff was very nice, gave me a late check out for free as I had my next flight in the afternoon. Breakfast was good and lunch at Paprika's restaurant outstanding! Not cheap but a very comfortable way to start your trip to Peru between two flights.

The perfect location for a late night arrival or (like us) an early morning departure at the Lima Airport. Room was well appointed (just missing USB chargers, an important aspect for international travellers) and best shower we've had in Peru. Ask for a room of Airport if you enjoy seeing planes! Note, you can book a 6or8 hour room via the Onsite spa for less than half the price of regular room which seems to be a better option if you're time is limited.

By far the most expensive hotel on our South American trip, but we understand why with very few reputable locations close to the airport. This unfortunately didn't translate into better service with the least welcoming and most abrupt check-in we've encountered in South America. Wasn't applicable to us but would be not be the best impression for jet-lagged visitors.

The proximity to the airport was fantastic - it's literally just across the road, making it so easy and safe for a solo stay. I liked also the restaurant on site, which was a nice place to sit, and the staff were really friendly.

Very minor things - the self-service snack area downstairs wasn't very clear to me, and the TV had no channels in English, which I totally understand given the hotel is in Peru! And it's my own fault that my Spanish isn't good enough...

Great place to stay before our morning flight to Cusco. It's across the street from the airport and safe to walk to even late at night. Check-in was a breeze and they gave us coupons for a complimentary welcome drinks at the bar. The room was sufficient for a night's stay and in the bathroom they provided bottle water for brushing teeth. For snacks, food and more bottled water, I recommend going back to the airport to the 2nd floor before the security checkpoint. There's a whole food court area with plenty of affordable options. The complimentary breakfast was decent and had basic things to get you going for the day like eggs, sausage, an assortment of breads, yogurt, fruit, cereal, coffee and juices.

The bed was firm like a rock, very uncomfortable.

Is right in front of the airport entrance. Comfortable, clean, good breakfast, nice bar. Great service, crew very polite and available anytime.

I got a room on floor 7, nevertheless is the last floor, I heard steps and furniture or something moving on the floor above (perhaps rooms on the roof?). The windows are not that hermetic. My room had a double door that conects to the next room. Well, I could hear the guests there talking 😕 I'd rather keep the windows next to the elevators closed. The smell of fish from the port can be strong and not pleasant.
